  2. I have had this happen on lots of RW when I have messed on with them used em in Nero Try a brand new RW cheapo then try with a dearer one but only with ImgBurn first. If it still does it after this then either drive is broken or maybe your controller port/ide/sata has had it or a rogue driver is responsible. So try drive in another computer if you can. Then buy a new drive but stay away from Plextor.
  3. I just chuck mine in washing machine and go.
  4. there is a newer version than 2.4.1.0 and choose udf2.5 or 2.6
  5. Where did you how did you learn to use a computer ?
  6. Make an ISO and burn with whatever program you want. From nero 5/6/7 under extras burn image
  7. make sure you have downloaded it from ImgBurn download link http://download.imgburn.com/SetupImgBurn_2.4.2.0.exe
  8. No: Moving it off the top of washing machine might. Check your source files, PAL or NTSC and playback device PAL NTSC compatibility
  9. your not doing it right then. http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=4249
  10. Don't take offence but is 2nd drive def set to slave, try a different 80 wire IDE cable as well. Try using SPTI also instead of wnaspii, b4 all that make sure in bios drive is being picked up and alter bios settings to see if you can get it to pick up, if not see below. Check motherboard specs to see if the IDE port you have 2 drives attached to can support 2 ATAPI devices.
  11. If you want a huge bill for hardware when mac gets dropped or fails then get a mac. Build your own PC or get a mate to build you one after buying parts. If you want a bit of power just buy a quad core 6600 the old one to save a bit money and buy a new cooler or the newer more power efficient one still buy a new cooller though as stock Intel ones are not good and will raise cpu temp by 20* Get a 775 board that has at least ICH7 on it I would actually pick ICH7 for the IDE as well as SATA it works Generally. and as long as you just want 6600 to work with it FSB from chipset on older boards will be fine. Liteon dvd writer or the LG blu ray writer dvd writer / hdd rom reader etc. SATA II Samsung 1 tb which are cheap and fast 3 year warranty, Which might be needed if they get any cheaper. and a cheap GFX card if you are not into playing games, or ati HD 3850 for budget gfx that can play games or was it 4850. and a 600-700 watt PSU with at least 30 amp on 12v line if you want it to last a while. If you buy dell one then make sure you are buying core 2 duo and not Pentium dual core. Laptop as well as desktop normally stay away from any CPU range that ends in ON (Turion being the exception)
