  1. work out where you live PAL or NTSC You cannot generally play PAL on an NTSC Ps2/TV/Hardware or NTSC on a PAL ps2/Tv/Hardware If your in UK on your dvd player press AUTO or choose NTSC if elsewhere your pc is best bet to play it
  2. Check your hard drive for errors make sure you hard drive is using dma and has write caching enabled then defrag your hard drive. Stop anything from accessing the hard drive at time of burning, like an anti virus scan spyware scanning, downloading from newsgroups/bittorrent/irc/etc. Some of the Lg drives I have never get to max speed on lots of media cos they are crap and the drive is crap.
  3. Very old media +r @2.4x if I lived where you do I would get some for a laugh, not going to break the bank $58.50 for 30 tubs Might pay you also to dig out an older dvd burner from a cupboard or a mates cupboard as a modern one might not offer 2.4x although you might find with a certain hacked firmware they can be oversped to 4x or 8x without any degradation of quality. Wonder if they ship to UK Answer is NO : WTF are they doing on the world wide web when they only ship to US and Canada ....F T they have lost over $100 was gonna buy 60 tubs
  4. No idea what your trying to do with ImgBurn but ImgBurn is not the app to do what you want.
  5. Thats so 2007 No need to as Mmalves says above, if you created the project correctly you will have . dvd and iso so leave that setting alone and set to calculate optimal (which is default) only ever change that to user specified if you have no .dvd mds etc
  6. There are Guides http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=6392 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Universal_Disk_Format
  7. Also make sure to get MKM-001-00 2.4x and burn @2.4x
  8. LayerBreak=1913760 Quake4.iso .dvd file must be in same directory as iso and rename Quake4 to your iso name unless your game is Quake4
  9. It can only be whatever it's meant to be with whats contained in ISO so xbox 360 ISO = [data_game/video] [video/game_data] as they have a split hidden partition. You do not need to worry about or specify video/data. Select write mode or right click on .DVD file and burn if you do not have a .dvd file you will need to create one or specify the layerbreak manually.
  10. If file you have = .ISO / .DVD / Write onto 2.4x DL+ MKM-001-00 Made In Singapore @ 2.4x on a dvd writer that has the most recent firmware installed.
  11. ImgBurn burns but does not convert avi to dvd, you need to use something that converts AVI (which is not what standard dvd players play) standard dvd players play something called MPEG which uses a high bitrate so you end up with a good picture. So you need a special dvd player to playback Avi/Divx your PC will also play them. AVI / DIVX / XVID/ MP4 uses high compression and other fancy ideas so you end up with lots of illegal material with small file sizes easily available to download but people need to realise that because of this you need a special dvd player that plays this content and even then because of the nature of the illegal material you may end up with the wrong film or a film that has only a beginning or maybe no sound or fuzzy colourful shaky pictures from someone that thought capturing the latest blockbuster movie onto a vhs-c and then encoding it to dvd or avi was a good idea and a better idea than the filmmaker who can master the movie correctly onto dvd.
  12. or import the reg file as mentioned in FAQ or not.
  13. I'm etching to say this "No I Doubt it*"
  14. can you not try it in a dedicated cd player or car stereo /ghetto blaster mini hifi thingie
  15. err NO Stop asking for Illegal stuff & stop being a cheapskate and BUY THE FKIN GAME
  16. try the filter in the link on my phone.
  17. my movies play ok on my xbox 360's. Try again with a single layer movie as those blanks are cheaper try using a dvd-r this time.
  18. check your DL to see if it was set to DVD-ROM
