Look at the ImgBurn log for your burns and see what speeds you can burn your media at, or post a log and we'll tell you.

My first thought would be to follow the directions in the pink bit at the top and include a log to your post.

Change discs, Ritek is highly unreliable.

Rincewind; Computer drives follow a strict set of 'computer logic' and don't care where the data comes from as long as it's readable; whereas the algorithm in the dvd players are written by manufacturers and have to conform to the dvd industry standards and not computer manufacturers standards. I Different industries...why do apples and oranges taste different I guess.

Annie, hi and welcome to the forum. The .mds contains info used for disc burning, the .iso is a 'container' that encompasses your files and makes them compliant to the dvd standard. Post a copy of your logfile and read the faqs and guides or at least the pink bit at the top of this page. spinner
