Even though that's unrelated to ImgBurn (DVD Flick only uses ImgBurn for image creation/disc burning), DVD Flick always fills the disc with the video(s) you added and the more videos you add the worse the video quality will be. You'll have to test a few times to find what works best for you.

That's a Samsung burner and ImgBurn, by default, automatically booktypes +R media to DVD-ROM on Samsung burners

Why don't you ask the game developer/publisher? They're the ones who know how to burn it.

ImgBurn doesn't support multisession, which is what you want.

It seems there's a communication problem between the computer and the external burner: plug it directly to an USB port (usually in the back of the computer) and don't use an USB hub. If it still doesn't work right then try with another USB 2.0 cable. Is there a disc in the drive? If there is, remove it before plugging the burner.

That's a TDK BD-RE DL 50GB disc and your drive is unable to format it. You could try formatting that disc with another BluRay burner (this only needs to be done once and after that you can just overwrite the disc) or you could try other BD-RE DL discs to find one that your drive likes

If it verified OK then the disc is good. Can you try that disc on another x360?

The console only cares about the burn quality and the slowest burn speed doesn't always result in the best burn quality, especially on new burners like yours which are tuned for faster burnings.

That disc was damaged in a previous failed burn, so try with a brand new one using 6x or 8x speed. You might also want to look for the latest drivers for your motherboard's chipset and/or SATA controller (use SIW to find their brand/model if you don't know).

Use Media Player Classic Homecinema or VLC Media Player, as both are better than WMP for playing DVDs, and pretty much everything else

Can you play that disc on your computer using PowerDVD/WinDVD/any DVD player software? It could be that your DVD player is unable to read that DVD+RW disc (try with a non-rewritable disc), or the source files were incorrectly made

Mount that ISO image on a virtual drive (e.g. Virtual CloneDrive) then follow this guide. Alternatively you can use 7-Zip/WinRAR/etc to extract the VIDEO_TS folder from the ISO image and then follow the guide.

Where's the full log of that burn session?

It would be better if you could get a Pioneer DVR-216/217/218 or an Optiarc AD-7240S.
