  1. You can install the latest version of ImgBurn and manually burn the VIDEO_TS folder generated by DVD Flick (look in our Guides section).
  2. We can only help with the burning process and ImgBurn itself. If you think it's an ImgBurn issue then post the log of that burn (look in ImgBurn's Help menu).
  3. That's an LG burner and there is newer firmware available for it (remove any disc and close the tray before updating then reboot after it's finished). Also you didn't verify your burn, so we don't know if it was a good burn or not. Use the Verify mode to check that disc against that source image: if you don't get any error or mismatch then the disc is good, and then problem could be the source image or your x360 needing an update
  4. Try a lens cleaning disc on that burner, and if it doesn't help then you should start looking for a new burner to replace the one you have.
  5. After updating the firmware and rebooting the computer, try burning at 6x or 4x. If it still errors out, try a lens cleaning disc on that burner. And by the way, that isn't the latest version of ImgBurn
  6. Have you tried all our suggestions described in posts #2 and #3? Also copy and paste here your Filter Driver Load Order (look in ImgBurn's Tools menu).
  7. Well, the issue could be a few things: the source image is bad, the disc wasn't booktyped to DVD-ROM or your burner, which is quite old, didn't do a good enough job at burning that disc. Is there another burner you could use to burn this disc? If there is then tell us its brand and model (you can copy the information from ImgBurn's window if you prefer). That's a DVD-Audio disc, right? If it is, could you try playing it on other DVD-Audio capable devices?
  8. Search this forum and you'll have your answers. In the future you should also avoid hijacking other people's threads.
  9. That's what you can easily find out with the help of your friend Google
  10. If the source image is good then your x360 might need updating, and that's not something we can help you with (hint: talk to whoever modded it for you)
  11. You can only erase DVD-RW/DVD+RW/DVD-RAM discs. DVD-R is write once media.
  12. ImgBurn is just a burning tool. I guess you could do what you want with pretty much any DVD authoring software.
  13. Install Service Pack 3 for Windows XP and try again. Also look for the latest drivers for your motherboard's USB chipset controller (use SIW to find out brand/model). Alternatively, try using that burner with another computer. And leave Verify enabled //edit The Boss really does honour his nickname, lightning fast
  14. You can clean the drive's lens with a cotton bud and some alcohol. Alternatively you can buy a lens cleaning disc kit that should be available at any stores that deal with CDs/DVDs/etc. As for a burner for your desktop computer I think the latest models from Pioneer or Optiarc should be great burners.
  15. Post the log from one of those burns (look in ImgBurn's Help menu).
  16. It didn't fail, the burn is good and the verify confirmed it. Does your Wii console play other backups?
  17. Post the log of that burn (look in ImgBurn's Help menu).
  18. Do what this post from the FAQ says (removing IDE controllers/etc) and try again. You might also want to look for the latest drivers for your motherboard's chipset or storage controller (use SIW to find out their brand/model).
  19. From what I've read the newer Plextor burners are rebadged Pioneer or Lite-On burners, so you might save some money by buying those brands directly. The latest burner by Optiarc is also another solid option.
  20. Yup, you don't need to change anything
  21. 2.4x, 4x and 6x are the only available speeds with your current burner/firmware/media combination: you can't force the burner to use an unsupported speed. Also the slowest speed doesn't necessarily result in a better quality burn. As for the write speed miscompare, even though your drive is reporting the wrong value (6x), it's in fact using the closest available speed to the one you've selected.
  22. What do you mean by 'it works DL'? They'll be burned as they are now (you can change their names/etc by using the Advanced Build mode). Leave the Verify option enabled, as that's what ensures the disc was correctly burned.
  23. Have you tried burning at 4x or 6x? Try a lens cleaning disc on that drive, and if it still doesn't work, then you may want to get the 2.4x Verbatim blanks or a new (external) burner
  24. Then please post a log from one of those burns with Verbatim media.
  25. The file with ImgBurn's icon is probably the .dvd file, so you can double-click it and ImgBurn should open with that image loaded and ready to burn.
