  1. Yup, then click the link I've posted above
  2. You mean to copy a disc? It's really difficult, we even had to write a guide for it
  3. ImgBurn supports in its Build mode the creation of discs with ISO9660, Joliet and UDF filesystems, which are all readable by MacOS. Cross-platform discs usually have one or more of those filesystems, in addition to the HFS filesystem, and although ImgBurn doesn't support it directly, it can backup those cross-platform discs by using the Read mode.
  4. It burned and verified fine, which means the disc is good, provided that the source image is good too. Have you tried it on other x360s to see if it works? By the way... There's newer firmware available for your burner (remove any disc and close the tray before updating then reboot after it's finished).
  5. Try burning at 6x or 8x. You might also want to try a lens cleaning disc on that burner. If all that doesn't help then you should try with Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden blanks.
  6. Please post the log of that burn (look in ImgBurn's Help menu). Also describe in detail what you want to do.
  7. The burn process relies on the burner/firmware/media combination: your burner is new, there's no newer firmware available for it, what else is left to try?
  8. If it doesn't work with the Verbatim blanks then you'll know your burner is defective and needs replacement.
  9. You only have 2.4x and 4x write speeds, and if none of them work then you'll need to try with higher quality media, such as the Verbatim 2.4x blanks. Slim burners are rubbish, especially for burning dual-layer media, so it would be better if you could return/exchange that burner and get a normal-sized one in an external enclosure of your choice
  10. Which burning/mounting programs do you have on that computer? Do you know what's that 'Unknown' device that's shown in the log window? That could be the reason why ImgBurn is hanging.
  11. You can try, but, in my opinion, it's unlikely that it'll work: the restoring program(s) may have been configured to ask for another disc even if the needed files are available on the current disc. It doesn't hurt to try though
  12. Yes, your player(s) will handle the interlacing by themselves
  13. That's due to interlacing and should be handled by the player when you play the disc. ImgBurn's previewer doesn't do that.
  14. Install this (reboot if asked) and then install this (also reboot if asked).
  15. That's a LG burner and ImgBurn, by default, automatically booktypes +R media to DVD-ROM on LG burners
  16. You don't need to uninstall the old version before installing the new version: the new version can overwrite the old installation and keep the user's settings.
  17. You won't be able to re-burn it.
  18. If you've tried burning at 4x and 6x then try a lens cleaning disc on that burner. If that doesn't help then try with Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden blanks.
  19. ImgBurn always sends the unlock tray command when the burn is done. If for some reason it wasn't recognized by your burner then it's another problem. Have you tried looking for the latest drivers for your motherboard's chipset or storage controller? Did you get a 'unable to lock volume' prompt before burning?
  20. You can only burn at a speed listed as supported by your drive. Notice that the slowest speed listed by your drive is 10x and that's the speed it burned the disc (it wrongly reported 12x but that's probably a bug in the drive's firmware). As for this... This is a different burner, and, as such, supports different write speeds. Anyway, the drive should be able to make a good burn with any of the available speeds. Are you experiencing any problems? If so, please describe.
  21. Update ImgBurn. Try burning at 4x. Try a lens cleaning disc on that burner. You might also want to try with Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden blanks. As for the buffer problems, check your HD's fragmentation and avoid using the computer while burning.
  22. Try a lens cleaning disc on that drive, and if it still shows that error then you should get a new burner. It might be worth trying those blanks on other burners to rule them out as the problem.
  23. If you mean leaving the disc "open" so you can add more stuff later then ImgBurn can't do that.
