    Confused

The ISO image is a copy of the source disc as it is, so it does have the same files/folders as the original disc, and it's already in the correct format for burning on BluRay media if you ever going to do it. That guide you're referring to is for when you don't have the ISO image (e.g. you auhtored the bluray contents by yourself or changed it somehow from the contents of another BluRay).
  2. ImgBurn just burns the files, it doesn't convert/resize anything. You'll have to look into whichever program you used to create those files.
  3. Your source files aren't in DVD-Video, which is the format that any DVD player can play. If you changed DVD Shrink's settings then you know where to start looking for the problem.

  5. ImgBurn sends the set read speed command but it's your burner that's ignoring it, which isn't uncommon: my LG and Samsung burners also do that.
  6. The burner should automatically booktype DVD+R DL media to DVD-ROM by itself. You do know that the booktype is written on the disc only when you actually burn it, right? Make sure you have Verify enabled and you'll see the booktype in the Log window when it starts verifying the disc.
  7. If you want to backup the files as they are then use Build mode ('Write files/folders to disc') to burn your DVD. Now if you want to make a DVD playable on any DVD player then you'll need to use DVD Flick, ConvertXtoDVD or similar programs in order to convert your videos before burning.
  8. Please read the pink banner at the top of this page.
  9. If the source of the files isn't a USB external drive or a network drive then it's working in PIO mode. Have you read the 2nd post from the FAQ thread? Especially the line after the "Important" label?
  10. Even though the log you posted is incomplete, the source of the problem is well known -> http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000
  11. Try other brands of blank discs, preferably Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden. If they don't work then your burner is dead.
  12. If you have a rewritable CD you can write your CUE image on it and then use the Read mode to make a BIN image out of that disc. Alternatively you can try with a virtual burner program.
  13. Yes, try DVD Flick or ConvertXtoDVD.
  14. What exactly is the problem you're having? By the way, the SH-D162D drive is just a reader, not a burner.
  15. Can you post the log from one of those burns?
  16. I'll leave it to ianymaty to tell you to install Service Pack 3 on your Windows XP
  17. http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000 Any reason for using the Incremental write type?
  18. If it can't burn the best media on the market then it's useless in my opinion.
  19. Extract the boot image from your Windows XP bootable disc and then use it to build your Windows 2003 Web server bootable disc. It should work fine. By the way, this is the guide you should be following: http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=11190
  20. Try cleaning the drive with a lens cleaning disc, or even manually if you know how to do it. Also try getting the 2.4x Verbatim DVD+R DL blanks.
  21. You could try with high quality media.
  22. The LG BD-RE media is low quality, especially if it's the one that comes with the burner. Try with a Verbatim BD-RE and it should work.
