  1. Your burner should work fine with those blanks, but maybe it has worn out or developed a fault. Does still read burned discs? I guess all you can try now is: finding older 8x rated blanks; DVD-R (notice it's "minus R") media to see if it recognizes that type of disc; looking for a new burner. For the media, Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden are high quality brands that should work with any burner.
  2. Try burning at 6x or 8x. Try a lens cleaning disc on that burner. If all that doesn't solve your problem then it's time for a new burner.
  3. Your burner didn't recognise the disc. Do you have only one disc or more? If there's more than one then try with the others to see if they get recognised. Also, what's the exact type and rated write speed of your blank(s)? If you're unsure then please tell us all the information on the disc's surface and/or box.
  4. As ianymaty said above, what does it say in the status bar? e.g. Device Not Ready (reason). Also please go to the Device tab and copy and paste here all the text shown there.
  5. You can use the Verify mode (notice the Mode menu or the appropriate option in the initial screen) to manually verify the disc. After it's burned it should be readable on any device, including your TS-L633M burner
  6. Try doing the Verify using your TS-L633M drive to read the disc, just to be sure that what's on the disc is the same as the source image. You don't want the game to freeze in the best part, do you?
  7. Run P113NP_V101(20080129)_for_113KG_X152.exe that's inside it and it'll update your burner's firmware.
  8. Try burning at 4x or 6x to see if it works better, but the problem is the media you're using. As for this problem... If it happens again then use the Search feature of this board to find out what you can try in order to solve this problem.
  9. What about posting the log of that burn so we can see what was done? You can find previous logs in ImgBurn's Help menu.
  10. Update to the latest ImgBurn version and try burning at 4x.
  11. Post the log from that operation (look in ImgBurn's Help menu for the previous logs if you closed it).
  12. Post the log of one those burns that doesn't work (you can find previous logs in ImgBurn's Help menu).
  13. Look for updated drivers for your system's chipset and/or storage controllers (this website might come in handy). You could also do with high quality media.
  14. Even if your burner did read the disc, ImgBurn can't copy protected discs, and all games for current systems are protected.
  15. Update to the latest ImgBurn and please take a screenshot of Device Manager showing your three burners and a screenshot of the list of burners shown by ImgBurn while in Write mode.
  16. Close ImgBurn, make sure both external devices are connected and recognised (look in Device Manager), open ImgBurn and copy and paste here what's shown in ImgBurn's Log window.
  17. Try with high quality media, such as Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden blanks. It might also be worth checking if you have the latest drivers for your system's chipset, and from what people said this website should be able to do that.
  18. Try burning at 6x or 4x. You could also try a lens cleaning disc on that burner, or even cleaning the lens manually if you know how to do it.
  19. ImgBurn can't do that, but you can use DVD Shrink.
  20. The burn process depends entirely on the burner/firmware/media combination: the software just feeds the data in the correct order. Try a lens cleaning disc on that burner and it might help.
  21. Your burner doesn't support the blanks you're using. Try the HP firmware update, and if that doesn't help, then you'll have to find older 8x rated blanks or get a new burner.
  22. Try a lens cleaning disc on that burner, and if it fails again, then it's time for a new burner.
  23. Have you tried burning at 6x and 8x? What's the brand of the blanks you have?
