  1. Filenames are stored in alphabetical order in the disc's filesystem, so if there's a sorting problem then it is caused by whatever you're using to read the files. An easy way to solve that problem is renaming the files in the order you want them to be, e.g.: 001-firstfile.ext 002-secondfile.ext 0xx-etc You can even use the Advanced Input mode so that you don't need to rename the source files on your HDD before burning
  2. Try burning at 4x to see if you get a better burn. Try cleaning the drive with a lens cleaning disc, or even manually if you know how to do it. You should also read this -> http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=12200
  3. As data, yes, just use the Build mode. As a playable BluRay/AVCHD disc you'll need to use other programs to convert before burning.

  5. Update your burner's firmware (remove any disc and close the tray before updating then reboot after it's finished) then try the Full Erase and burning again. It's also a good idea to look for the latest drivers for your motherboard's chipset and/or SATA controller (tip: use SIW to identify them).
  6. Update your burner's firmware (remove any disc and close the tray before updating then reboot after it's finished) and try burning again at 8x or 12x. Also use high quality media such as Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden blanks.
  7. LG burners don't support booktyping DVD+RW media, hence why such option is missing from the LG tab of the Change Book Type feature.
  8. You'll have to burn again to find out By the way, install service pack 2 for Vista.
  9. Install this (reboot if asked) then install this (also reboot if asked).
  10. You should ask in their forum as we only support ImgBurn here.
  11. Use DVD Flick, ConvertXtoDVD or similar program for the conversion. You can then burn the DVD with ImgBurn.
  12. Look for the latest SATA drivers for your SATA controller and/or motherboard's chipset (tip: use SIW to identify them).

You'd use the Build mode with Output set to Image File.
  14. We can't help you with that.
  15. You can't. You'll have to make it again with the new name.
  16. Please post the log from when you've burned Verbatim blanks after cleaning the burner.
  17. Copy the text from the log then paste here.
  18. You convert them with DVD Flick, ConvertXtoDVD or similar program?
  19. Sounds like your burner doesn't like those blanks. Are they really Verbatim? From what we know they should have MKM-001-00 or MKM-003-00 dyes.
  20. You've used UDF 2.50 filesystem, which is natively supported only by Vista, Windows 7 and newer OSs. Burn it again and, this time, use the default UDF 1.02 filesystem, since that's the most compatible version that even Windows 98 can read By the way, there's newer firmware available for your burner.
  21. Post the log of that burn (previous logs can be found in ImgBurn's Help menu).
