  1. ImgBurn doesn't convert anything. If you want to have a DVD playable on any DVD player then you'll need to use DVD Flick, ConvertXtoDVD or similar program to do the conversion. Now, if you just want to make a copy of your file (e.g. as a backup) then you should use ImgBurn's Build mode to burn it to a disc.

  3. No, as Windows doesn't read CD-TEXT. Windows only reads labels from ISO9660/Joliet/UDF filesystems, and an Audio CD doesn't have a filesystem.
  4. That log is incomplete (it's missing the header) so please edit it and paste the complete log of that operation.
  5. You can find the previous logs in ImgBurn's Help menu
  6. What are the filenames of your image files? You could try mounting them to a virtual drive or using IsoBuster to open them to check if they're OK.
  7. Try burning at 4x or 6x. Try cleaning the drive with a cleaning disc or manually if you know how to do it. You could also try finding the 2.4x MKM-001-00 dye Verbatim blanks. Turning off the Verify doesn't change the fact that your burner made a bad burn, so that's not a solution.
  8. You can mount it to a virtual drive, extract its contents with 7-Zip/WinRAR/etc so that you can use the files elsewhere or you can play it with VLC Media Player or similar players. By the way, DVD Shrink can open ISO images.
  9. The burner is connected to the Intel controller and the drivers could be discarding/tampering/blocking the information coming from the burner.
  10. That guide says you should add the files and folders from the original Win7 disc, not the ISO image, and that's the problem you're having. Mount the ISO image to a virtual drive or extract its contents with 7-Zip/WinRAR/etc then follow the guide again.
  11. That's very likely the problem. Codec packs install junk that you'll never use and can cause all kinds of conflicts/weird behaviour.
  12. Not directly, no. Look at programs like UltraISO/PowerISO/MagicISO/etc.
  13. And what's on the burned disc? You can take a screenshot if you want.
  14. That guide tells you to switch to Write mode (like this) in order to write that ISO image to a DVD so that you get a working disc
  15. Install this (reboot if asked) then install this (also reboot if asked). While you're at it, also install the latest driver for your JMicron controller too
  16. Wii games are protected against copying and ImgBurn can't copy protected discs. On another note... There's newer firmware available for your burner (remove any disc and close the tray before updating then reboot after it's finished).
  17. What you want is called multisession and ImgBurn doesn't support it in its Build mode.
  18. You'll need to use DVD Flick, ConvertXtoDVD or similar program to convert your files before burning.
  19. Then please post the log from when you burned that disc (look in ImgBurn's Help menu). Have you looked in the manual of your Philips BDP9100? Or asking in other forums where there are people with that same player?
  20. The device buffer simply stays at 0% or is the Device Buffer label disabled (i.e. grayed out)? When I'm burning DVD-RAM discs on my LG burners the Device Buffer label is grayed out, which means the burner isn't reporting the buffer at all.
  21. Please read the pink banner at the top of the Support section.
  22. Update your burner's firmware (remove any disc and close the tray before updating then reboot after it's finished) and see if the problem goes away. You might also want to look for the latest Win7 drivers for your motherboard's chipset and/or SATA controllers (tip: use SIW to identify them).
