  1. Try burning at 6x or 4x to see if it works better. If it doesn't then try with high quality media such as Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden blanks.
  2. It has been suggested before and it's not gonna happen for many reasons, which you can search this very section to find out what they are
  3. Does that happen even if you use a real browser like Firefox?
  4. ImgBurn is a burning software and it supports any type of disc that your burner supports, so you should look around if your burner supports the $ony DVD+RW discs (if the burner isn't too old then it should support them).
  5. As per LUK's advice above:
  6. You can find the latest firmware for your burner here (it's the 0803 one in your case and don't forget to remove any disc from the burner and close the tray before updating then reboot the computer after it's finished). You might also want to burn at 4x or 2.4x to see if you can make it work. As for the Verbatim blanks they only use MKM dye on their DVD+R DL blanks.
  7. Your burner is made by LG so you should be using the LG tab. Also notice that ImgBurn automatically booktypes +R media to DVD-ROM on LG burners. By the way, there's newer firmware available for your burner (remove any disc and close the tray before updating then reboot after it's finished).
  8. Your older thread isn't good anymore?
  9. Update ImgBurn. Update your burner's firmware (remove any disc and close the tray before updating then reboot after it's finished) and try burning again.
  10. Then we'll keep telling you to read that post again because your problem is listed there
  11. Yeah, that should do the trick
  12. Looks like your burner is no good anymore. Can you return/exchange it under warranty or something like that? If you can't then you should start looking at external (normal size) burners, because slim burners are rubbish.
  13. Try burning at 6x or 4x with a brand new blank disc. If it doesn't work then read this -> http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000
  14. Please post the logs from both brands.
  15. You did that within the ImgBurn on the computer you've burned the disc, right? The log is saved automatically so it should be there.
  16. Please read the pink banner at the top of this page, i.e. post the log (you can find it in ImgBurn's Help menu).
  17. If it was burned with ImgBurn then it was finalised.
  18. Please post the log from one of those failed burns (you can find the logs in ImgBurn's Help menu).
  19. Then you were scammed because ImgBurn is freeware and doesn't copy protected discs.
  20. Using SIW, check if your computer supports USB 2 (look in Hardware -> Ports -> USB): if it doesn't then you'll need to move that file to your internal HDD before burning because the USB connection is too slow for DVD burning. You could also try finding 8x blanks, preferably from Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden, since your burner doesn't seem to fully support those 16x blanks you're using.
  21. Update ImgBurn. Try burning at 4x or 6x. Try cleaning the drive with a lens cleaning disc. And while you're at it, install service pack 3 too.
  22. http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=6380
  23. Use DVD Flick or ConvertXtoDVD to convert your AVIs and it should work on any DVD player.
  24. You forgot to look into the Guides section as the guide for making an Audio CD is in there
  25. Yup, this one.
