  1. I have never successfully managed to create any bootable media with ImgBurn. What I would do to modify an existing ISO that boots is inject the files with UltraISO, but that's not freeware. What you might have a shot at is taking one of these bootable ISO's, writing it to a flash drive with Rufus, which is freeware, adding the contents you want to the flash drive you've just written, and then imaging that flash drive with the new contents back to a new ISO file. It should be bootable and contain the files you wanted to add.
  2. i have an usb stick with uefi win10 bootable recovery from my laptop. how can i create an iso to save it to my pc? google gave me only non-uefi tips ><
  3. Well, I have asked LUK in the past why multiple sessions aren't supported, but I don't think I got an answer. I do know you can't create images of multi-session DVD Video discs in ImgBurn. Panasonic DVD video recorders made such discs and the only way to copy those in ImgBurn is using Build mode, adding the VIDEO_TS folder from such a disc into a Project, and writing a new image file. Discs burned with that new image file could then be copied in the future with ImgBurn's Read mode if desired and they still functioned like a proper DVD Video disc.
  4. I can't say nothing officially (as ill leave the details to the higher-ups around here), but I imagine it's generally better/safer this way to write discs in one shot. in the future if you want to fill a disc wait until you have enough data to do it in one shot. I think some burning software allows multi-sessions, so you could write say 1GB to a 4.7GB DVD for example and then at a later date add more to it, but I think this wastes some storage space on the disc each session you create vs if you did it in one shot. personally I prefer the write everything you want to in one shot as things are nice and reliable this way and you get max storage space. but on a side note speaking for myself... I remember briefly in the old days, which was probably my earlier CD burning days, so probably in the 1998-2003 time frame or so, I used to use some software that would allow adding/deleting files to it as you went along, sort of acts like a hard drive on some level. I want to say it was 'packet writing' software (I don't remember the name of the software I used off the top of my head) and, if I recall correctly, I only did it on CD-RW discs even though I think you could use it on CD-R etc, but it made less sense on write-once media. but this just seems like a bad way to write CD/DVD in general as I suspect it's best to write whatever you got to write in one shot and apparently this seems to be more of the norm anyways as I don't recall using that packet writing software much since the standard way (writing a disc in one shot) is better/preferred. but I think in regards to that packet writing stuff... even with CD-RW, which as you know you can erase/write to many times in general, I think with packet writing, when you add some files and say delete one, it does not actually delete the data it wrote but adjusts the general table-of-contents of the disc (or something to this effect) to just ignore the file you deleted so it appears it's deleted but the written area is still filling up (so if you added say two files at 100MB each, which would take 200MB, and then deleted one with the packet writing software, 200MB would still be used up of the 700MB total space on a CD-RW even though it will only appear you got one 100MB file on it. so everytime you write more data to it with the packet writing software the storage space always decreases). only way to fix that is to basically wipe the CD-RW and start clean again. I have not did this in probably 20+ years now, but I think that's the general idea on how it worked. but after checking Wikipedia on 'packet writing' it appears I am correct (at least with say CD-R, but I 'think' CD-RW reacts the same)...
  5. Hello, I have read through the forums. I have a couple BD recorders, built into a laptop and a few LG drives in desktops. I read that LG was not a good drive for dual layer, which If would have know this before I would have bought something else.. But anyway, I have never burned a BD disk. So I have a program that is 55gb in size. I found Smartbuy 10-disc 50gb 6x Blu-ray Bd-r Dl Dual Layer Double Layer White Inkjet Hub Printable for about 1.89 a disk in a 10 pack on amazon. I would need to span across 2 disks. I also found 50 Verbatim Blu Ray 25 Gb Bd-r Single Layer 6x Speed Original Spindle Printable Blueray at 1.39 per disk and have to span 3 disks. Both will cost me 4 dollars to burn this project. My question is can I just drag the 55gb folder into the IMG burn software and it will span the disks? Or if I create an image file, will it span the disk? Back in the old days of floppy disks, if the file was to big for the disk it would span disks. I hope this is the case for blu ray.. If not, then I probably will never use the burner aspect of my drives which is a shame and buy a large external HD and store files there.
  6. dbminter pretty much summed it up. but I just thought I would add that when it comes to spanning discs in a general sense (for other random people who might read this post)... there is a small amount of large MKV files I want to backup but won't fit on a standard 4.7GB DVD. so what I did was basically take 7-zip, and using no compression (so it goes as fast as possible as video files don't compress well anyways so it's not worth waiting for it to compress so I use no compression which greatly speeds up time to finish creating the files), I split it to '4481m' which will just barely fit on a standard 4.7GB DVD and then I simply burn those files to say 2-3 DVD's (or whatever yours takes) with ImgBurn. but to use the actual MKV file if I need to restore from these discs... I would have to copy the files from each DVD (.7z.001 to .7z.002 and so on) back to a folder on the hard drive and then extract it from those 7-zip files by opening the first file and than extract the file(s) from it and then I would now have the original MKV file back to perfect working order just like the original one. so this is not really for practical usage, but is good for long term storage of a file you don't want to lose that won't fit on standard 4.7GB media and your not planning on using in general. on windows that will be easy since it's got a nice GUI for selecting these options. but if your on Linux keep reading since it's not as easy mostly in the sense of getting it not to use compression as if your using compression it's easy enough to do through the GUI that Linux Mint gives us by selecting files, right click, then select 'Create Archive...' and the GUI is easy enough after this point. but if your trying not to use any compression there is no option for that in the GUI which is a shame etc. but on Linux I had to use the command line (I used the following on Mint v20.3-Xfce... https://www.7-zip.org/a/7z2107-linux-x64.tar.xz ; or for newest for Linux 64bit go to... https://www.7-zip.org/download.html and find "64-bit Linux x86-64" version and download it) for which I did something like... ./7zz -mx0 -v4481m a NameOfFileToCreate.7z FilesToAdd* that "FilesToAdd*" can be modified a bit if you want to as in the example I used above it will basically add any files that start with 'FilesToAdd' and the "*" will basically just assume it will include all files that start with 'FilesToAdd but ignore everything else in the directory. for example, say I had the following files in the directory... File1234.txt File123456.mkv File2345.mkv by using "File1*" (swapped with the "FilesToAdd*" in my example above) it would add both the File1234.txt file and the File123456.mkv file but ignore the File2345.mkv as that would not be added to the archive (but if you did "File*" it would add all three files). but to make things easier if your only adding one file you could simply just type the precise name of the file and that would work. but if it's the only file of it's type in that directory it would probably be faster/easier to just type "*.mkv" for example if it was the only MKV file you wanted to add to the archive in the directory. that "-mx0" switch just tells 7-zip not to use any compression. the "-v4481m" is the volume file size in MB (it's actually a bit under 4,700,000,000 bytes for each file which just barely fits on a standard 4.7GB DVD) you want before it splits (I know 4481m is the MAX you can go for it to fit on all DVD's (technically you could go a little larger for DVD-R but it's best to leave it as 4481 so it will fit on both DVD+R and DVD-R as it's not worth losing the ability to burn to DVD+R if needed by making it a little too large to fit on DVD+R but would fit on DVD-R) and the "a" is for add files and the rest should be fairly straight forward given my example. p.s. I changed to the 7z2107 folder first in terminal and put the files I wanted to add in that same directory to make things a bit easier. but I suspect I could probably just swap out the "FilesToAdd*" with the precise location of the file(s) I want to add like say "/home/user/Downloads/File.mkv" ('user' will be swapped with whatever yours is setup as). NOTE: Linux is case sensitive so if your file has a capital letter and you type a lower case I think it will error out when selecting the name of the file and the same goes for directory naming I think.
  7. ImgBurn does not support burns that span across more than 1 disc. You could create two ISO's in Build mode, one with about 50 GB of the contents to a BD-R DL and the rest of the contents to a 25 GB BD-R. Or just use 3 BD-R's and create 3 ISO's. However, if this is some kind of software disc, you'd have to copy the contents from all "spanned" discs to a folder on some kind of media like an HDD, SSD, or flash drive in order to execute. And even then, that might not work for running it as the software could check that it's not on its original disc somehow. Another solution, though it's even more expensive, is if your BD burner supports TL discs, you could get a BD-R TL and burn the entire 55 GB disc image to one of those. However, that's not very cost effective, but it is an option. As for LG's and DL BD, if you got the NS60, you're probably fine. If you have the NS40, yes that did not write properly to BD DL discs in all the time I used the NS40 before trying and switching to the NS60.
  8. Hello, is there a fast way to let imgburn create .dvd files for many files within a folder in a batch process, like it does over the command line tools->create .dvd files for only one file? I have a folder with many images and want to create a .dvd file for each of the images. Maybe its possible with a .bat file. But what commands do I need to let imgburn do the job.
  9. Hi, there is already this topic, but still unanswered for last 14 years: I have found an easy solution, but this strange forum allows me to create a new topic, but does not allow me to answer the old one. I use the subst command in the Command Prompt like this: C:\Users\Me>subst W: E:\Photos\ Now it is possible to build .iso file with "Preserve Full Pathnames" from the drive W: . That's all!
  10. I'm guessing Xray is a subfolder in the folder Study in the root directory of the disc? It depends on what Xray is. Is it a folder or a file? If it's a file, it will usually have some kind of . extension after it defining what program opens it. Unfortunately, probably only a screenshot of what you're seeing where it says Unknown in the properties would help here. And I don't know if you know how to create one.
  11. It certainly is excellent to acquire a call from Lee up at NHS that begins with, "Hey Rhino, you need to visit Australia for just two primary days while using the Creach crew?" The apparent the simple truth is, ". You consider it 'til you need to pack and acquire across the plane. Any lottery pick of team riders employing this crew is rad, combined with winning figures now were Navarrette, Partanen, Gravette, Bingaman, Hooker, newest team rider Ryan Reyes, and special Fiend Emmanuel Guzman. The street was Melbourne to Queensland, two vans, mega demos, when much piss should you could drink along the way. But there's a little wrench tossed for that plan, like in case you ignore certain needs, or once the true information on the trip aren't discussed when you turn up. Additional Aimers, photographers, and a pair of vans engrossed in Creature stickers advertising the Australian tour? Extra demos and BBQs and shop signings? https://github.com/skateszone/skate/wiki/How-To-Know-What-Size-Of-Skateboard-Should-I-Need-To-Get And then we all discover it merely a Aiming trip for your approaching Creature vid. Still, presently when some skateboard companies can't even be capable of escape town, these wrenches are super easy to use. It is a extended way if you wish to stone. Speaking DEMOS WITH DARREN NAVARRETTE The component that was the wedding pro demo you attended just like a kid? Negligence material Impact Tour--most likely 1988--in Dayton's Mall, downtown Minneapolis. There is a vert ramp along with a small street course acquiring a few launch ramps. The area was packed. Inside the eating some hotdogs, therefore we left and went skating downtown. The town was flooded with skaters. I used to be skating inside the mall and experienced Take full advantage of Kendall simply because they was departing. Hell yeah i used to be hyped! We simply saw Kendall! Are you aware it absolutely was a demo trip? I truly did not know. I assumed it absolutely was our regular Creature journeys where we'd go skate rad spots and shoot and movie our adventure individually. But number.. Not now. When we've got within the plane, both of these cars with "Creature Australian Tour 2012" plastered within the sides selected us up. I stated it loud: "Once the don't say demo throughout it, I'm unsure simply how much does.In . The quantity of demos what's about before coming australia? I heard we have to do three, nevertheless the number of them were only shop signings. And the quantity of have you will need to do? They reversed it here. It switched out that individuals had thee slow days, and individuals were the driving days! It began once the cars selected us up transporting out a 13-hour flight and informed us that individuals really needed to carry out a shop signing along with a demo that round-the-clock. That you simply think all of your bloodstream stream stream goes transporting out a 13-hour flight? For the ankles! Now go and jump lower to create! No lie, we really did three demos immediately. Describe an unofficial demo situation in regards to this trip. The component that was tabs on the BBQs? I used to be informed the demos is frequently more within the meet-and-greet. This family seems and states, "Rad, man! We drove seven hrs afterwards watch everyone!" I assumed to myself, "They drove seven hrs to look at us eat hotdogs?Inch What is the worst question someone can inquire inside the demo? "Why your gaming character so a lot better than you?" What's your go-to trick inside the demo? https://github.com/skateszone/skate/wiki/How-To-Choose-The-Best-Complete-Skateboard-For-Beginners-2017 Is acting as being a team manager a trick? The component that was the very best demo within the trip? Belconnen skatepark. A1 and Eman nicknamed me the Demo God. I had been just bummed the factor I selected over skate was before 100 people, which day was the only real day we could exist because we'd another meet-and-greet BBQ every morning. I merely selected over ride it badly that folks guess I shut it lower. Combined with worst? I suppose Newcastle. Some 10-year-old kid stole my board, nonetheless this process was type of rad. I merely began running, full-on Forrest Gump style, while using the whole demo following behind me. All of the kids were yelling, "We are gonna kill him!" We thought she got away, however an arbitrary lady goes, "Pardon me, I saw the entire factor," and suggests a fat kid. Precisely what a ruler! The small snot-noser denied it initially, however he pulled numerous damaged cigarettes from his pocket and began crying. He mentioned some older dude and a pair of chicks told him they'd provide him with with cigarettes if he stole a board by themselves account. To make sure that may have really got the most used demo, since it meant to not get to accomplish before 300 kids. The next time you have to Australia, just how can the trip come lower? We are gonna go concurrently as Tony Hawk so nobody might even know we are there. EMAN'S 420 PARTY ROLLS I acquired hungry and go to a 7-11 across inside the hotel on a single wet night in Newcastle. They'd these little sausage things known as 420 Party Rolls. I wasn't thinking about buying them, however observed you will observe a cartoon inside the skateboarding bird putting on a bib within the package i understood it had been future. I acquired Them and saved the treatment lamp. Within the yesterday within the tour, Duncan (our Aussie friend and driver for your trip) emerged and did the outline work, a few inside the crew (Rhino, Darren, Al, Noah, and Gravette) contributed somewhat ink for the designated zones. It's funny: The entire factor got infected aside from the outline, but no lower were ruffled and additionally it switched out tight!--Guzman NEW CREATURE ADDITION RYAN REYES Ryan's among the easiest skaters to visit somewhere with. He proven towards obtaining a Mr Rogers sweater on, he'll get creeped out by silverware, and he'd rather sleep on the ground greater than a bed. No under he saves us cash on resort rooms. Also, he loves shitty radio music and could get yourself a grin on his face when susceptible to eight-hour drive before us. "Eight hrs? Really? I'm not able to restrain! In . Nothing appears to daunt him. It absolutely was type of his first trip while using the Creature guys. Darren nicknamed him "Fire Starter" because he'd visit anywhere and rip. He's doing what he's doing and does not care. Does he have issues? Yeah, but that is why him unique! FIVE Why You Ought To BRING DAVID GRAVETTE Over The SKATE TRIP 1 He'll get drank across the plane and supply all around the aisle 2 Will shut lower the demos with Indiana 360s, fly-outs, and back flips 3 Probably to piss on another person's luggage within the accommodation 4 Tales for almost any few days within the van https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/what-size-skateboard-should-i-get-skates-zone 5 You'll witness him scorpion no under 10 occasions per trip
  12. For music CD's, I don't make image files. I rip the tracks as FLAC. Spoken word CD's are a bit different as if you rip them to containers and make new Audio CD's from those, you run the risk of added "skips" between audio tracks as the creation is seamless on the pressed discs, but not when you create the containers and add them. And this is with the 2 second pause between tracks disabled. Plus, for spoken word CD's, I generally make DVD Video out of them. Yes, you can make DVD Video out of Audio CD contents. It's convenient because if you have, say, a 5 disc book on CD set, you can make an archive that spans only 1 DVD+R DL. I've gotten up to 11 discs on one DVD+R DL before. Saves space storing archives. However, that requires ripping all CD tracks to one contiguous container file. Or multiple files for, say, tracks that make up individual chapters. That was the situation I encountered 2/3 weeks ago. A BBC radio play on 3 Audio CD's I saved space on by converting it to 1 DVD+R DL.
  13. Windows 10 Pro 21H2 Pioneer BDR-209M drive Plextor BD-R media ImgBurn 2.5.8.0 I've used ImgBurn successfully for years. Workflow is I create an ISO of files with ImgBurn and then burn the ISO to a BD-R disk. Lately, after every few burns, ImgBurn hangs after "Write Speed Successfully Set!" with the message "Querying Device Advanced Settings...". When it hangs, I have tried: Press the abort button. I'm asked to confirm the cancellation, and then it says "Abort Request Acknowledged", but it continues to hang. Press the abort button again. I get "Please be patient, I head you the first time!". Close the window. I get "Please be patient, I head you the first time!". Eject the disk. Continues to hang. Disable and then enable the drive from Device Manager. Continues to hang. Kill ImgBurn from the Task Manager. Then restart ImgBurn. Will get stuck in the same place every time. Reboot the computer. This resolves the matter for a few burns. This drive is getting old and I'm happy to replace it to resolve the matter. However, I'm filing this as a Bug Report because the behavior is surely not intended. ImgBurn is otherwise a great product. Thanks in advance for your assistance!
  14. You probably don't need CD-R's and can use DVD-/+R or BD-R. The only time you'd need CD-R/RW is for Audio CD's, which I highly doubt these medical records discs are. With that said, you could either create disc images and burn those images to whatever media you want or use Build mode to copy the contents. However, this may miss hidden files and folders that may be on the disc, so I'd recommend reading the discs to image files and then burning those images. You could use two optical drives to copy on the fly, but I don't recommend it. You could use File Explorer, but, as I said, if there are hidden files or folders, you may miss those. You're better off reading to image files first. Particularly with copying on the fly, if it fails at any point, you have to start all over again. If you read to disc image files first, you'll use a little extra time, but if there's a problem, it saves time in the long run. And I prefer investing a little extra time to make sure. To copy the discs to image files and then burn them to recordable discs, here's the Guide (It actually links to 2 separate Guides.):
  15. I tried adding a .FLAC created by Windows Media Player, but ImgBurn just crashes trying to load it. The crash dialog opens and asks if I want to send the bug/continue the application. If you continue the application, of course, ImgBurn just continues. I sent a bug report of the first FLAC. However, I tried a 2nd FLAC file and got a little further. I, at least, didn't get a crash and got a listed error. E 21:44:48 ConnectFilters(Source, Sample Grabber) Failed! E 21:44:48 Reason: No combination of intermediate filters could be found to make the connection. E 21:44:48 Hint: You may need to install some additional DirectShow filters in order to support files of this type or the file might be corrupt. Does ImgBurn support FLAC for CUE files? I converted the FLAC that was crashing ImgBurn to MP3 and it imported file. I used the same conversion software, Freemake Audio Converter, to save the file as another FLAC. ImgBurn didn't crash on that new FLAC, but returned the same errors as copied and pasted above. Would installing these DirectShow filters help in this case? How would I do that? Thanks!
  16. When I create a CUE file with OGG audio files, the process for a single audio file about 3 minutes long could take around an hour to finish analyzing the file. What should I do to make it as fast as MP3 files (a few seconds for the same length)? The log doesn't output anything when I'm doing this.
  17. My disk drive in an external enclosure disconnects every time I try to read media. I will open ImgBurn and choose to create an image file from disc, imgburn will detect the drive and then if a disk is inserted I will hear the drive spin up and then it will disconnect fully from the pc and then reconnect about 20 seconds later only to disconnect in spin up again and disconnect again in an endless loop. If no disc is inserted there is no problem and if I have a disk inserted but imgburn isn't on there isn't a problem but for some reason ImgBurn just started doing this. I haven't changed the drive enclosure or even the usb port (until later to test other ports) and it does this everytime without fail. It worked fine before and created images of all the discs I tried but now any disc will cause this to happen. Does anyone have any idea what this might be? For the record the drive and enclosure were both new within a week or 2 when this started happening (I just stopped trying for a few months which will be reflected in the log but the drive and enclosure haven't been used since). 18. Hi all, I don't know whether I'm at the right place, but I wonder whether someone could clarify the mysteries surrounding the (USB) recovery media for Windows 10. I've read up on creating bootable images for Windows 8 and Windows 10 systems and the steps don't seem too difficult. However the recovery media I've created for my new Acer Windows 10 notebook seem to contain different files from the fresh installation media. (I've successfully prepared a USB flash drive to restore my system. What I'm trying to do here is create a backup of that flash drive, as I don't want to rely on something as fragile as a USB flas drive only). So, in build mode, most descriptions of this process with ImgBurn show how on the Advanced > Bootable Disc tab the path to "Boot image" is something that leads to a file called etfsboot.com. There is no such file on the recovery media. I've got three folders in the root boot, efi and sources. In sources there is a "boot.wim" and in root there is a file BCD. Are those any use? What should I fill in at "Boot image"? (On a different note, I saw a procedure somewhere that first an image is extracted with the "Extract Boot Image" option on the Bootable Disc tab, and that Image was subsequently fed back into the Boot Image field after that. Does that make any sense. I've got no idea what's happening there. See the anser on superuser referring to ImgBurn here: https://superuser.com/questions/477569/how-can-i-create-a-bootable-dvd-iso-from-a-usb-drive) Does the lack of a file etfsboot.com have anything to do wit the fact that this is a 64-bit UEFI system? Thanks for your attention. Cheers, Sando
  19. UPDATE: in short, while the following issue most likely won't effect most people who are on Linux using ImgBurn (since you will likely be using standard FLAC/WAV files), so you can continue to use older versions of Wine (v4.0.4, or v2.0.5 etc) through PlayOnLinux like I suggested in the topic so you can use ASPI or SPTI modes in ImgBurn, it can be helpful for those who use trimmed FLAC/WAV files through Audacity/Ocenaudio etc. basically if your having problems with ImgBurn decoding your FLAC/WAV files (I used ImgBurn to create a cue file which directly loads the WAV files) to a standard audio CD, with a DirectShow error basically, then keep on reading for more info... basically I trimmed some lossless audio files (FLAC/WAV) using info from the following link... https://forum.audacityteam.org/viewtopic.php?t=99503#p345303 (since doing it this way supposedly does not change the audio stream, so it's identical to your original besides the stuff you removed as I removed some silence at beginning and end of a couple of songs) ; but once I did that, assuming you ONLY have PlayOnLinux installed with no system installed Wine (i.e. from winehq.org etc (currently v7 series is newest)), older installations of Wine (v4 series and older) simply will not work with ImgBurn to burn a standard audio CD (ImgBurn will have problems decoding your WAV files for burning to a standard audio CD which apparently is related to DirectShow given the error ImgBurn shows in the log) and you need to use Wine v5 series or newer (I tested v5.0.4 and v6.0.1) for it to work. but then your limited to only using SPTI mode in ImgBurn for it to see your CD/DVD burners. so if that's not a problem, your problem is solved. but I noticed... if you have the standard system installation of Wine installed (i.e. from winehq.org), and you setup ImgBurn through PlayOnLinux like usual, that ImgBurn does seem to work with older versions of Wine now (I tried v4.0.4 and v2.0.5) with those trimmed WAV files. but... I think the reason why is the wine prefix configuration folder that PlayOnLinux creates, apparently it's importing a bunch of data to the 'windows' folder (in your particular wine prefix that PlayOnLinux made for use with ImgBurn) from the system installed version of Wine and I am assuming this fixes the DirectShow error issue since you can see it inflates the 'windows' folder (for example, the 'windows' folder located at this location... "/home/user/.PlayOnLinux/wineprefix/ImgBurn_205/drive_c/") from what it would normally stay as, which is about 40-60MB (on Wine v4.0.4 or v2.0.5), to around 1.2-1.3GB in size. so with the system installed version of Wine installed, even though I am only setting everything up through PlayOnLinux, apparently makes it so now one can use older versions of Wine, which support ImgBurn's detection of CD/DVD drives though ASPI or SPTI, with your trimmed WAV files. so as you can see... you have some options depending on what you prefer be it using newer versions of Wine (say v5 series or newer) or if you want to use older versions of Wine (say v4 series or older) and your in a similar spot as I was p.s. given the link below it appears 'Lightning UK!' etc says ImgBurn uses DirectShow for decoding WAV and that it's a built-in Windows thing (which is why I started thinking what I did above pretty much)... EDIT: it seems Wine v2.0.5 works with ImgBurn but not Wine v4.0.4 on that little test with the 'file inflation' stuff with the 'trimmed' WAV files as it was still reporting that 'DirectShow' error when using Wine v4.0.4 but went away with Wine v2.0.5.
  20. After using imgburn many times to get images from discs, suddenly I'm experiencing failure about 7% each time I try with a certain disc, which is a DVD+R copy of a disc a friend of mine gave me a few months ago. 21. I used all the wav files in imgburn to create a fresh cue sheet and I'm copying over the data it didn't include, the catalog number and songwriters. Doing that I noticed that the sheet I have has some of the performers not matching the band/group names. That makes the songwriter tags suspect. So I'm digging in on the web to try and find the right writer info. Some of those 20 tracks are quite difficult to find who wrote/composed them. Then I'll attempt to use this new cue sheet to burn an audio cd. Cowabunga - Set 3 - Ebb Tide (1963-1967) - Copy2.cue
  22. Looking at a cue I made solely with ImgBurn's 'Tools > Create CUE File..." in relation to WAV files it does that on the 1st to 2nd track but the LBA seems right as it starts just after the previous track (i.e. in my case... 21355 (4:46:56) is end of 1st track and 21356 (4:46:56) is start of 2nd track). but it's the only one that does that (which is like the OP's). p.s. mine burned to a CD-R without issue and I even overburned by nearly 1 min on each 80min CD-R (I burned two maybe a half hour ago now) successfully. Looking at mine... I don't even have those INDEX 00 entries like his does as they are all 'Index 1' in the 'Image Information' section, which seems to match up with your suggestion here
  23. Well, I can't see any 4 second tracks but there are lots of 0 second (and frame) index 00's, which I guess is also a no-no. Maybe next track pregaps at the end of the previous track aren't supported at all? Could you fire up the 'create cue file' feature in the tools menu and add the first wave file from that set please? If I know exactly how long it it, I'll know if there should be data after the end of track 1 / index 01's supposed end (which would then form index 00 of track 2).
  24. Actually, what is the definition of a "high resolution" FLAC? I create FLAC's from my audio CD's, but I always use no compression. Are those "high resolution" FLAC's?
  25. ID3 tags are present so I will see if I can get the program to create the needed text. I will burn at 24x for the next CD Thank you both for your help. Aaron
