burn the rest of them with same results then beat your head against a wall for an hour ,then say to yourself maybe they're right I should try Verbatim then say no that couldn't be it burn another 10 or so again get the same results ,beat head some more do this for a week then try 1 Verbatim and watch the pain go away, just joking if you look at the drives and media forum the tests and scans pretty much say it all. When you do get some Verbs burn them at their rated speed 2.4x its the best choice for speed PS get back and let us know how you made out

?from a GOOGLE here the bond for dvrflashgui: http://club.cdfreaks.com/showthread.php?t=99617 then for dvrflash (take the last version): http://forum.rpc1.org/viewtopic.php?p=128226 firmware 114 (firmware and kernel) HERE: http://forum.rpc1.org/viewtopic.php?t=29958 that drive is a PIO 107M an OEM unit ,doing a little research it appears that this drive can be flashed to a PIO 108and like LFC said those discs are Verb-R 16X and should be supported for more write speeds.heres mine NEC DVD_RW ND-3500AG 2.1B (ATA) Current Profile: DVD-R Disc Information: Status: Empty Erasable: No Free Sectors: 2,298,496 Free Space: 4,707,319,808 bytes Free Time: 510:48:46 (MM:SS:FF) Supported Write Speeds: 2x, 4x, 6x, 8x, 12x, 16x Pre-recorded Information: Manufacturer ID: MCC 03RG20

16:40:43 Destination Media Type: DVD-R (Disc ID: PRINCO8X02) (Speeds: 4x, 6x, 8x) for starters this media is crap, use Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden discs all others are a waste of time have you been messing with the file system in build mode options make it iso 9660 + UDF go to tools settings defaults ,IB works just fine in default mode
-
booktype the discs to dvd rom it really helps with compatibility problems with players 16:57:23 Source Media Type: DVD-R (Book Type: DVD-R) (Disc ID: MCC 03RG20) (Speeds: 4x)

we dont discuss ripping or bypassing copyright protection for legal reasons ,thats what led to the demise of dvd decrypter ,what I can tell you is if you have files on your hard drive to be written then you can build an ISO in build mode and then burn it with IB in write mode . IMGburn does not rip anything its a burning software and you would do better to check other forums for backing up dvd movies ,sorry but its the way it has to be
-
yeah ,yeah thats it my nephew did it
-
convert it to an ISO and you should be able to burn it ,if its copy protected then IB wont do it
-
what do you use for the PC player software ,I reccommend PowerDVD or Media Player Classic you can download it for free ,if you're using WindowsMP its not the greatest player BTW what blank media are you using again Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden are the only single layer ones we reccommend and for dual layers its Verbatim ONLY
-
just saw that you renamed the iso, try searching for your renamed file or just Debian W 06:16:34 Destination File renamed to: Debian Testing(1).iso
-
BTW a disc in the microwave is a pretty cool light show
-
I think you need to go back to the GUIDES forum and while you're at it check the DMA for your drives. I'm using an 800meg AMD cpu and from reading the video to the hard drive , building an ISO and then burning the ISO takes about 1 1/2 hours and my comp is really slow by todays standards so 4 hours in build mode then something is seriously wrong read and practice
-
do a search for DEBIAN.ISO
-
have you been messing with the settings and the write mode is set to CD?
-
411 is the phone # for information ie thanks for the info

E 16:43:12 Failed to lock volume for exclusive access. E 16:43:12 Reason: Access is denied. is it possible that you do not have administrative rights to this computer and theres more than 1 user for it .Failed to lock volume for exclusive access you should still be able to burn a disc it would just be a warning
-
it wont help ,people buy what they want based on name brand and price ,you'll see where people argue that the media they have is good when the rest of the world knows its crap ,same for the people that post how do I do such and such when theres a guides forum with all the answers ,do people use the search function in IB not often its just
-
exactly, like what the hell did I do with my car keys
-
cut down a million trees record the noise waves come to the conclusion that trees do make noise when knocked down you can then extrapolate and conclude that the tree that fell while no one was around to hear it did in fact make noise
-
thanks for the 411

I'd rather go with fans myself I'm too paranoid about water and mobos ,drives ,cpu's and everything else inside a case the 2 dont mix well Having a fan on the top greatly reduces the heat buildup as the heat rises I also like full towers because of the room Shamus its a sweet case I'm modding it a little mostly re routing power lines for an uncluttered look maybe one day I'll actually finish it
-
no idea what VLC is (I assume its some sort of player ) or why your image is corrupted so do this download Daemon tools its a virtual drive mount the ISO in it and then view it ,use PowerDVD or Media Player Classic you can DL it and its free .Windows Media Player is poor at playing DVDs post a log of the build. IB stores them, Help-->Imgburn Logs BTW this is the first post of anyone saying that IMGburn corrupts the ISO so pardon me if I'm a bit skeptical
-
Coolermaster make some great cases I have a 11 external bay case ,full tower ,aluminum, plenty of fans www.xoxide.com/stacker.html
