Was that a statement or a question?
Sure it can close. Tick "Close program" on top of the window after the burn started.
If you want it to act permanently (everytime, not just for the current session) you can enable that in Settings in Read, Build, Write and Verify tabs according to your needs.
-
Probably it's due to the type of formating the disc.
A full erase/format with ImgBurn with 'Prefer Format Without Spare Areas' enabled in the settings (Write tab) should solve the problem.
After that, don't let other programs (or Windows) to format the disc again. Stick to ImgBurn to do that job if you ever need it again.
Post the log as per the pink box above ask if that doesnt get you on the right track.

Because it is a burning tool for optical discs. Not a Swiss Army Knife.
-
Any of the Optiarc 72xx will do the job fine.

What is that .raw audio file? Did you changed the file extensions?
You need audio files in a common format like AAC, APE, FLAC, M4A, MP3, MP4, MPC, OGG, PCM, WAV, WMA and WV
Use this Guide http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=5555

You could try cleaning the lens but I think you need a new drive.
Avoid slimline/laptop drives.
Get a full size one and an external enclosure.
-
There are a lot of little programs that already do what you want. Use Google.
ImgBurn is a burning tool. For optical discs.
-
Maybe cleaning the drive with a cleaning disc will help.
Try burning at 2x instead of MAX (4x)
Also try discs from different spindle to rule out the bad batch.

I 15:08:41 Contents: 10 Files, 0 Folders
I 15:08:41 Image Size: 4,251,484,160 bytes
I 15:08:44 Destination Media Type: DVD-R (Disc ID: RITEKF1) (Speeds: 4x, 6x, 8x, 12x, 16x)
I 15:08:44 Write Speed: 2x
W 15:08:46 Write Speed Miscompare! - Wanted: 2,770 KB/s (2x), Got: 5,540 KB/s (4x)
This time the size looks right but you got 10 Files, 0 Folders where it should be 10 Files, 2 Folders. Didn't you get any prompt saying something about creating a DVD Video? What did you answered?
2x is not an option in your configuration, use a higher speed, like 8x should work...
"Mount the .iso created (C:\Users\Cathy\Documents\Ozzie_Harriet.iso) in a virtual drive, see what files get there"Sorry, I'm not sure what that exactly means?
Use Virtual CloneDrive to create a virtual DVD drive that you can use to test the images of discs created.
Until you sort out the problem switch back to the image output to save discs or use a RW disc
-
Mount the .iso created (C:\Users\Cathy\Documents\Ozzie_Harriet.iso) in a virtual drive, see what files get there.
Did you reset the settings as mmalves asked?
What happens if you try adding all the 10 files without the VIDEO_TS directory?
-
I 21:11:59 Image Contents: 4 Files, 2 Folders
I 21:11:59 Image Sectors: 608 (MODE1/2048)
I 21:11:59 Image Size: 1,245,184 bytes
I 21:11:59 Destination File: C:\Users\Cathy\Documents\Ozzie_Harriet.iso
From the log you provide it seems you added only 4 files from a total of 10 files that you should have in VIDEO_TS directory.
From the total size you should have there (more than 4 GB) you have ~1.2 MB.
From this list make sure you have all the files (except the first two files and the last one file) in VIDEO_TS directory. http://ia600607.us.archive.org/3/items/Ozzie_DVD_03/
Also you have set the target to file instead of device. See the path highlighted in bold.

1- How to create - write a audio DVD from music files to play in a car (this car plays DVDs)...?DVD with a lot of songs, I saw someone who burned almost 200 songs
If the car player supports DVD, most probably have support for .mp3 too. Use the Write files/folders to disc mode (Build mode).
- almost 200 songs will fit on a CD (depending on the compression of the .mp3s)
- on a DVD will fit more than 800 songs (depending on the compression of the .mp3s)
2- If # 1 can be done using IMGBurn, then, is it also possible to make that audio DVD be played on a ONLY CD car (can any settings be changed etc? )Forget about it. I pointed out in my first post. Or simply use a CD instead of DVD.
You keep asking questions but not give us information. Did you looked in the manual of the player?
What make model is your car player? Maybe we have a look at it in your place, if we have the time and mood.

Did you looked at the Guides section?
I think this will help you http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=5555

A user claims it used IsoBuster to create the .bin from the .cue generated by ImgBurn.
If you wanna try and confirm that the solution works, here is the link http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=17675
Waiting for your response.

1. Audio DVD is a format that not much stand alone players would support, I doubt a car player will.
2. If it's ONLY CD, how can you expect to play a DVD?
I recommend to read the manual of the player and find out exactly what format it can play and support, than make the disc according.
Here is the guide for Audio CD, that your player surely will play http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=5555

Uninstalling Daemon Tools will not remove the Duplex Secure's SPTD driver.
You need to uninstall it separately using their tool. http://www.duplexsecure.com/en/faq

The cue file is for when you want an Audio CD out from the audio file you have.
If you want just the audio file on the disc as is, you don't need the cue.

Than read again. It happens frequently on LG and Lite-On drives.
Not much you can do if the manufacturer don't resolve the problem with a firmware update.
My experience with this drives (LG and Lite-On) is that they worn out rapidly.
LG have frequently open/close tray problem and the Lite-On don't recognize any discs.
Surely I'll never buy LG drives again. With the Lite-On I may think again when the time comes and need a replacement. I'll do a research.

Daemon Tools installed that driver. Some other programs may install it too.
It's just a worning. As it states, sometimes can cause problems.
If you are happy with your system you can safely ignore that warning.

Could you be more specific with "everything i could"?
There are 5 points, what you did and what not?
If you ruled out the first 4 than go with the 5th.

You barking at the wrong tree
Imitate multi-session feature by auto copy and re-burn files?
in ImgBurn Support
Posted
Use the drive as source for files, add what you want to them in Build mode and make an image that you'll burn after.
On the Options tab on the right tick "Add To Queue When Done". After image has been created switch to Write mode and hit the big Burn button.
Pretty automated.![:)](https://forum.imgburn.com/uploads/emoticons/default_smile.gif)
