Maybe the target was set to a DVD9 in DVDFlick. You let DVDFlick call up ImgBurn to burn the disc? Didn't ImgBurn worned you about the size of the image is larger than the disc? Look where you can find the log http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=14632

Basicaly the drive don't like the disc. A log would tell us more. Look in Help menu for previous logs.

Problem writing 360 ISO on Verbatim DVD+R DL
ianymaty replied to cool_recep's topic in ImgBurn Support
1x is not an option here. Try 4x since 2,4x was tryed. Try with 2.4x media MKM-001-00. Clean the laser with a cloth an alcohol. Buy yourself an normal size burner (not slim) in an external enclosure. Laptop burners are bad at burning DL media. -
Sometimes people that come here for the first time try to hijack others threads if they have similar problems, that making difficult to help the original poster. One problem = one thread makes easy to pinpoint the solution. When you are new it's supposed that you are not knowing much of the suffs. The forum have great people and someone will answer to that particular question. In the mean time you can linger on the forum, read the threads and get familiar how the forum works. Later if you will want to come back and help with your background knowledge, you are welcome and encouraged to do it.

As a newbie you are not allowed to reply others threads for start. You can instead start your own thread and describe your problem if you have.

Verbatim MKM-003-00 giving Power Calibration Area Errors
ianymaty replied to meedermow's topic in ImgBurn Support
Try cleaning the drive lens with a cleaning disc. Try with other speeds supported. Maybe your drive is on a way out and needs replacement. -

Try with the newer firmware http://www.firmwarehq.com/LG/GSA-H10N/files.html Also try burn at 4x and 6x speed, 2x isn't an option so practicaly 2,4x was used. Maybe a clean disc will help too.

DVD Video normaly goes to ISO but if it is recorded in some DVD Recorders and are multisessions on it, than it will go to a BIN file.

How to make DVD Chapters 4 and 5 play without stop and repeat
ianymaty replied to glnz's topic in ImgBurn Support
I think the easy way is to find (Google it, cause here we don't discuss ripping here) a program to extract individual chapters from DVD. Than you can use the playlist and loop function from your favorite player. -
Try with a lower speed instead of leaving it to default MAX.
-
You should have post this in Support section... The drive don't like the discs. Try a higher speed maybe it will succeed. Buy some decent media like Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden

You are so right. I can't number how many times do instal ImgBurn on friends computers, show them how to use it and they say "Oh, it's that simple?". When I visit them again, there's no trace of ImgBurn, instead they instal Ner0 Essentials that comes with their drive. When I ask them about, they say "I'm not familiar and I don't know how to use it". How did they learn to use Ner0, can't they learn to use ImgBurn? I even put the language they know, with Ner0 isn't an option. I'm stunned.

What company are you talking about and what free copy of the program? ImgBurn (if you are talking about it) is a free to use program developed by LIGHTNING UK! and he replyed himself to your other thread. You can find more contact info on About tab at Help menu of the program. Read the Guides especialy the Pinned ones and if you can't manage come here and discribe in detail what you want to do, what you did and where you are stuck... Someone will help you, if it knows, just give some time...

Put a disc in the drive, wait a little for the drive to sense the disc you use. On the right part of the program switch to "Information" tab, there is a Calculator icon, click on it. You can tick the "Auto" box if you want to activate automatic Calculate Image Size.

If a drive can't burn a Verbatim (there isn't any better) than it's considered useless. See, when I'd said you have to change something, I meant: 1. Firmware - there is no newer for your drive... 2. Media - you are reluctant to try Verbatim... or at least something else than your beloved Infiniti 360... 3. Drive - in the end when nothing helped, you have to change/buy another drive in case you don't plan to quit burning discs...

You have got this link twice and you are not paying attention. I'll give it you one more time. Here it is http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000 Still don't no what to change?

This Guide will help you. Follow Section 3.3 Build described in post #6.
-
That could indicate a loose connection or controler comunication problem. Check the cables and update chipset/storage drivers. 2x isn't even an option so try 4x and 6x since practicaly 2,4 was already tryed.
-
Use numbering with leading 0 like 01. 02. 03. ... 11. 12. 13. ... not 1. 2. 3. ... For more than 99 files use 001. 002. 003. ... 011. 012. 013. ...

You need DVD+R DL media to burn that not CD's
-
ImgBurn has nothing to do with the dye/MID you are using. All it does is sending data to drive. From that on all rely on burner/firmware/media... So you have to change something... your choice...

Update the firmware to latest http://www.firmwarehq.com/Samsung/SH-S223C/files.html and try again. Try with all the speeds available. Update ImgBurn too. Update Vista to SP2, too. Try tother suggestions from here, too http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000
