  7. Welcome to ImgBurn Forum - the place where you get LIGHTNING fast responses Something's unfilling the device buffer. Not the best thing to happen but hopefully BurnProof will help you out. What media are you using? And how does a scan in DVDInfoPro look? Can you post a log please? Regards

  9. Welcome to ImgBurn Forum. Well, what this cryptic error really means is this: Your media is divided into "logical blocks" (sectors), starting at 0 (like all things PC). When your drive asks to write to the media, it asks for its capacity. If it returns a figure lower than expected it issues this error. Essentially, it means the drive and the media aren't getting along for a number of reasons - poor media, DMA off, firmware out of date, drive that needs cleaning etc. If you post a log, we can help. Regards
  10. I don't suppose the disk has already been written to? That is not an ATAPI error code. Regards
  11. You simply got a bad one, or a bad controller or something. They are an excellent drive. Regards
  12. If you want to split, use VobBlanker. Guide on site. It is not at all right to simply burn half the material to one DVD and the other half to another. Regards
  13. No. DVD Video can not be written properly to DVDRAM, which is for data storage (much like a huge floppy disk). You can split the DVD though and burn to 2 DVD+/-Rs 1. Mount the ISO using Daemon Tools. 2. DL and open VobBlanker. 3. Follow the guide to splitting on the VobBlanker site. Note: Make sure "Use input folders" is not ticked and an output folder on your hard drive is selected. 4. Burn on a DVD+R with ImgBurn. Regards
  14. @Jason 6. Is already there. 7. Is coming. Regards
  15. More like Worthless Computing! Steer clear of these - they have manufacturing defects and are quite variable in quality. Regards

  23. Yes. For example you're trying to backup normal.dot and while Word is open. You really don't wanna close Word. There probably needs to be an annotation in the log as to what was left out, yes? Regards
  24. Do you have test mode on? Regards
  25. Nero is reporting falsely. CLV drives do this. It is perfectly normal. You may even hear is spinning faster as it goes through its zones. Regards
