I still think the media is not really up to top quality burns at 16x. I have used several different media types (see Media section) and even the Verbs and TY's see a quality drop off at 16x. My life isn't that important that I can't afford to take another minute on my burns.

With the guides (and midi chlorians) above you should be much clearer about what happens and when young pado-wan !

It depends on whether your drive can read the crapped out disc really. If it can't the program you are using to read it will complain and kick off and most likely won't complete the read. If you were using a decent program to read the disc back and it made it through ok with no errors then you should be ok.

I think the problem for you was that in Build Mode ImgBurn will let you select either files or folders (as LUK said above ) dependant upon the button you push.

Well here in England I am pretty sure that modding consoles is not legal, there have been a number of court cases on it and I think the Conglomerate Nazi's won out........ I am sure you are already a member of one somewhere but there are a few X Box modding forums out there - a Google search might turn one up for you. Our help is done here really, you managed to burn a disc in the end altho I don't think the RiDisc DL's will help your cause much (repeat after me, Verbatim DVD+R DL's only, Verbatim DVD+R DL's only, Verbatim DVD+R DL's only...) so the problem with the playback of your game cannot be looked at here. Good luck with the Google Search...

Our bloody washing machine does that when it finishes the spin cycle - really annoying as I have to wake up the Mrs (usually asleep on the sofa, but sometimes gone to bed) to shut the damn thing up else I can't watch the footie !!

In my opinion you would be ok burning Verb Datalife Plus at 8x.

No.......I disagree..........This may be a big problem for you because of your need to use long file names, but I do not see it as a problem for ImgBurn or the 10's of thousands of other users..... This is problem, sorry. I'm not beginner, and i'm programming too... I'm not stupid user. Your answer is not help of many users. I disagree, this "problem" is only really one for you, and spinners answer is more helpful than your insistence on calling it an ImgBurn problem
