  1. The issue with 4GB has been there since ver 1.0.0.0 of the program and the other one - if you had Daemon Tools installed before ver 2.5.0.0 you should have faced issues before. Did you verify that "non playing" disc? Sure you can't find the log here: Main Menu -> Help -> ImgBurn Logs
  2. E = Error W = Warning If you don't face any issues, like slow verify speeds with SPTD installed - ignore them.
  3. Did you get a .cue file also with the .bin file? Post a log of the reading operation and it should be clearer why it's selecting .bin as default.
  4. Asked the same question ages ago and this was the reply I got at that time. I guess I should add it to the guide. Could help others in the future.
  5. The layerbreak will be in the main movie - that's why you only get silver color ones. Use the preview to find the best one to have the break at. If your DVD player supports seamless and you use that option, I would say it doesn't make much differens which one you pick, as you won't notice the layer break.
  6. Cur4ious. Is this implemented or not? There is a selection box in the settings as I can see.
  7. Only a disc scan (with a program such as DVDInfoPro/Nero DiscSpeed/OptiDriveControl) can answer that.
  8. Most times you get problems to read back a burn it's either crappy media or a burner singing on the last verse. You are using good media - Verbatims so that leaves the last factor left.
  9. Hi and welcome to the forum, jcleav! Used that brand/media code before with success? Tried a cleaning disc?
  10. Hi and welcome to the forum, mark007! Games are usually protected and I think wii games needs certain brand of readers.
  11. If you are planning on burning +R single layer media with it, I wouldn't buy it. http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=7860
  12. The disc was so badly burned that it can't be read back.
  13. UDF 2.50 is for Blu-ray stuff. If you have the ISO already created - only you know if that version was used when the ISO was created.
  14. If you have USB 2.0 connection it will work to connect it.
  15. Can't say I'm a big fan of later Samsung models. I have a Samsung S223F and that one is a joke.
  16. Might not affect you but if you have an ASUS motherboad and use the jMicron IDE connectors it could be the issue of the errors. Also check that the Slave/Master/CS jumpers are right set in the back of the burner.
  17. Tried to find a Pioneer on a web shop in Sweden, but no luck. Another option is to get this Optiarc burner. http://www.prisjakt.nu/produkt.php?p=249949
  18. It's a rather new burner but if it can't burn Verbatims - then there is something wrong with it. Any warranty left?
  19. I understand Swedish a little.... I have that one and it seems to be a nice burner. It's SATA conneced and your old one is PATA/IDE. You do have SATA connectors in the computer?
  20. Sounds as it's time to get a new burner. You might have better luck with the older 2.4x rated Verbatims. I guess your current ones are rated 8x.
  21. Hi and welcome to the forum, Thefuss! There seems to be a A117 version of the firmware. http://www.firmwarehq.com/LG/GSA-4120B/files.html 4x is the lowest speed you can burn with. If that also fails - try with a cleaning disc and if that also fails - replace the burner.
  22. Hi and welcome to the forum, Bies! There is a later firmware for your burner (1.04) that might work better. http://www.firmwarehq.com/LG/GH22LP20/files.html (No disc in the tray when you flash it) The speeds you can play around with are these ones: 4x; 6x; 8x; 10x.
  23. @ Bies Start your own thread so we can answer you.
  24. The Verbatims you tried with - were they rated 2.4x or 8x? If it was the later one you got - try to get your hands on the "older" 2.4x rated ones. Not sure it will help. Any warranty left on the burner? If so - send it back. Another option might be to get an external USB burner and forget about the slim line burner.
