    Discovery mode

    It's just zeroes.
  2. I also suggested #2 ages ago and I still would like to see such a function as I'm a lazy person. I think PgcEdit have it. One day perhaps...

    I/O Error!

If your friends have the exact same discs (media code/package) and burner/firmware, it could be something with the SATA channels on your computer - but usually you get crappy burns even on single layer media.
  4. I have the same model - F, without Light scribe (?) and the 4x writing speed was the pure joke with verifying errors. Try 6x, as that one was the best with that burner. http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=9541
  5. I have the same burner and no problems with all speeds for that media. http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=9541 Do you get burning problems also with single layer media? If so, it could be the SATA channel on the mother board that doesn't like optical burners. I had that problem with my ASUS motherboard, so I ended up with an internal SATA card instead.
  6. That setting has already been invented.
  7. Hi and welcome to the forum, kevinh_72! If it's a regular .iso - burn it as you should have done with a single layer image. If it's a DVD Video image - http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=1780
  8. It's your burner that doesn't like that brand. You installed the latest firmware that mmalves posted about?
  9. Hi and welcome to the forum, emeralds! Can you post the full log?
  10. ImgBurn was not even in the list... http://lifehacker.com/380702/five-best-dvd-ripping-tools It's in this list 'Five Best CD and DVD Burning Tools'. http://lifehacker.com/5100069/five-best-cd...d-burning-tools
  11. Hi and welcome to the forum, Steven_O! FAT32's 4GB limit. You need to fix your hard disk to NTFS.
  12. Hi and welcome to the forum, JakasE! Try to use the latest version. It might be an issue with your drivers that the latest version might fix.
  13. Apparently 2.322.048 sectors are some sectors to much.
  14. Looking at your posted log, it seems you haven't got it right in that function. In section 4.2.12.2 Advanced in this guide http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=6392 there is how it should be done. When it's done you should see some more rows in the log, like these ones:
  15. Looks to me as an 'ordinary' write error. Perhaps a cleaning disc might help.
  16. You are trying to put more stuff on the disc than it can hold. Try to remove some files.
  17. If cleaning doesn't help - ImgBurn is not going to work either.
  18. Hi and welcome to the forum, Taubulator! Might be copy protected and then ImgBurn can't read it (protected sectors) or that the original disc just needs a cleaning or that it's scratched.
  19. Hi and welcome to the forum, sofladvr1! Might be that the game is copy protected and ImgBurn can't handle that.
  20. My reason: http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=7860 Even the latest models - like the iHAS-422 - have this problem.
  21. It was the firmware for the burner - it might not give you as good burns as you think it's doing.
  22. Hi and welcome to the forum, ftrem! http://forum.dvdrbase.info/dvd-video-encod...13-00-code.html A cleaning disc might be worth a try. Not possible to reauthor in this program, just not sure what you mean with 'add a title' - do you want to add a menu? You have the latest firmware installed for your burner?
  23. http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=9742 The old speeds you used to burn with should work despite this bug.
