  1. The Memorex discs you used earlier, had they the same media code as the current discs?
  2. An ISO is just a box around the file(s) inside the box. You could mount the ISO with a free program such as http://www.slysoft.com/en/virtual-clonedrive.html and then use the build mode to divide the files to two disc. What is it - a movie or just some files?
  3. Might be easier to use a real backup program for such a task (if it's the C: hard disk you want to backup, as it most certainly involves more than 1 disc.
  4. In what format is the file? How big is it?
  5. That you can see them in read mode indicates at you don't have any CD/DVD burner so you need to buy one. Hej förresten! Trevligt att se en svensk i forumet
  6. I think your issue is that none of your devices are DVD burners. Switch to Read mode in ImgBurn and see if you can see your devices there.
  7. Can you see your device(s) in Windows Device Manager? No yellow ? sign in that device list? You know what models of devices you have?
  8. All Nec/Optiarc drives I've owned have done the same drop to zero during burning.
  9. The author posted that an upcoming version will allow it. But no version supports it now.
  10. If you mean 'multi session' disc, it's not possible yet.
  11. Tried with the latest version 2.5.0.0?
  12. Don't trust Windows. Remove the device as described in the FAQ.
  13. The issue seems to be that it can't read the disc it just burned. You are using nice discs and the burn is without errors so a cleaning disc might help. I once had a drive that couldn't read the discs and it gave up totally some days later.
  14. Could be the sign of a dying drive. Tried to use a cleaning disc?
  15. I have the same burner and 4x (the same as 2.4x as you selected) burning is a joke with that media code. Use 6x and it should work.
  16. Can you copy the disc info you see in the right panel?
  17. My guess is that its much more or less the same burner as the 216 model. In that case, 6x would be the best one.
  18. That media code will be burnt at 12x. The other ones you burn will be burn depending on what you have set the write speed selector in the main window to.
  19. You can always mount the ISO files and do a new build to ISO with a new layer break selected. Looks as it was ImagShack who removed the picture. Suggest you use the forums up loader in the future.
  20. Forget that post. I saw in the last log that it was a completed burn. Suggest you do a new burn and enable the verify option to rule out any badly written sectors that might make your player skip the last part of the movie due to it can't read the disc.
  21. I 23:34:26 Source File: C:\Documents and Settings\Daniel.DANIEL-1D0F13E6\Desktop\avatar.iso As I can see from the last log you posted, all sectors in the source ISO is written to the disc. If you mount the avatar.iso (DaemonTools/Virtual Clone Drive or some other virtual disc program) does it play the last 6 minutes in that .iso? Another issue might be that the disc is badly written at the end of the disc even if you got the success at the end. A verify enabled burn would tell that.
  22. I can only see that the graph file was completed. Not the burn.
  23. My guess is that the missing part is in the cache I 22:17:16 Synchronising Cache... and when that was not written to the disc, due to the error W 22:23:17 User opted to skip the 'Close Track/Session/Disc' functions. it's not there when you play it.
  24. There are some old Sony players that I know have issues with the seam less option. Most others works nice. Perhaps it was FRA who removed it? To be honest, no idea who removed it and in such case, why.
