  1. If you read the link posted above you'd know that those are the good ones (if they're also Made in Singapore)
  2. Without the whole log from that burn it's hard to tell, but the most likely reason for that problem: http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000
  3. You'd have to test if your burner likes them
  4. The image was incorrectly made, either by user's choice or some program's bug: No wonder :&
  5. The burn relies on the burner/firmware/media combination. You could look for a firmware update for your burner with your laptop's manufacturer. Another option would be to try better media, as yours use daxon dye, which isn't good. Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden blanks use the best dye on the market, and that's why we recommend them.
  6. Daemon Tools won't work when you disable SPTD. LUK asked you to disable SPTD because it can cause the problem you're having. You can re-enable it again later if it isn't the problem.
  7. Try burning at 4x, and if that doesn't work, try with high quality blanks, such as Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden.
  8. I guess you'll need to buy a new burner then
  9. You just run the file you've downloaded.
  10. When you do a Full Erase the format command is also issued for media that support it (BD-RE included). Notice that you only need to do it once, when the media is brand new, and it takes quite a lot of time (it's normal). After that just overwrite the data (no need to quick erase or anything).
  11. It seems to be a good copy, but if you want to be sure then use ImgBurn's Verify mode to compare that disc against the created image.
  12. You've unchecked Recurse Subdirectories, which is enabled by default. That's why subfolders and their contents aren't being added.

  14. It's not possible to do that with ImgBurn alone. That's why I asked which files/folders are on the disc so that we could tell you what program to use
  15. You can read about Media Change Notification here. Could you post your Filter Driver Load Order (look in ImgBurn's Tools menu)?
  16. What type of files is there on that disc? Open it with My Computer/Windows Explorer and tell us what you see.
  17. See if this firmware update works. Remove any disc and close the tray before updating. Reboot after it has finished. Anyway you really should get a new burner, yours is ancient
  18. Your Verbatim blanks, are they made in Singapore? or India?
  19. Try burning at 2.4x with a new blank disc.
  20. Your burner doesn't like the dye used on those discs. Try with Verbatim 2.4x (MKM-001-00 dye) and it should work. By the way, please also upgrade to the latest ImgBurn version
  21. It means that files saved on your D:\ drive can't be larger than 4 GB each (this is a limitation of the FAT32 filesystem) and it shouldn't affect your copying as far as ImgBurn is concerned, as ImgBurn will split the disc image accordingly if needed. To "fix it" you can convert that drive to NTFS filesystem.
  22. This disc was damaged in a previous failed burn. Throw it away and try with a brand new blank disc. If that doesn't help (and you've tried burning at 2.4x too), then please read this: http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000
  23. Use DVD Flick or ConvertXtoDVD to convert your AVIs. You should also be able to create simple menus with them.
  24. Please read this guide: http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=4643
