  1. Yes, but you could also replace the one you have for a DVD burner, as DVD burners are also capable of burning CDs.
  2. That's a CD burner and DVD reader, also known as a combo drive. It doesn't support burning DVDs.
  3. Have you tried all the options I've said in post #4 of this thread?
  4. I'm sorry but we can only help you with ImgBurn and the burning process in general
  5. The layerbreak is wrong: it should be 1913760. If you prefer set the layerbreak to 1913760 in Tools menu -> Settings -> Write tab. Just remember to put it back to Calculate Optimal before burning any other dual-layer discs than x360 games
  6. ImgBurn is free and will always be. You've been ripped off by someone else so take it to them.
  7. There's firmware EL01 available for your burner. Remove any disc and close the tray before updating. Reboot after it has finished updating. You should select the .dvd file as the image to burn. If there isn't one, create an MDS file (look in the Tools menu) for your ISO image with the layerbreak at 1913760.
  8. Did you leave Verify enabled? Did it pass the Verify stage? Without the log it's hard to help you. Look in Help menu -> ImgBurn Logs.
  9. Where's the log showing a burn + verify on Verbatim media? By the way the xbox360 doesn't use those filesystem so you don't need to worry about them.
  10. Try converting with UltraISO/MagicISO/*ISO/IsoBuster/etc as that's not something ImgBurn can do
  11. As LUK said above ~20 MB/s is enough for 16x DVD burning, so even at the slowest area of your HDs you still have enough for ~36x DVD burning By the way, you should leave the Build buffer at the default 40MB value and change the I/O buffer (in the I/O tab respectively) to 256MB.
  12. Use the Filter Driver Load Order tool and remove these filters: Then try burning again. You might also want to try using the ASPI interface for now (you can change it in Tools menu -> Settings -> I/O tab).
  13. If it doesn't work with Verbatim media then I'd say your burner is defective and should be replaced.
  14. Try burning at 8x and 12x, maybe even at MAX speed, and it might work. You might also want to try with Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden blanks, as they work best on most burners.
  15. If the nvidia drivers installed OK then you now have the latest drivers installed
  16. I'm sorry but you've been scammed. Try and get a refund of your money. Also please tell us where/how you bought ImgBurn and what exactly you received for your money.

  18. The booktype is shown in the Log window (that you should've left open! ) at the begin of the Verify process. Alternatively, look in the Information area: the booktype is shown under the Physical Information (Last Recorded) field.
  19. There's firmware 1.0F available for your burner. If the latest firmware still doesn't help, please read this: http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000
