  1. I'm not sure that game is protected, but in any way, ImgBurn can't copy protected discs and we can't help with this. What we can help you with is the burning part: please post the log of that burn (you can find it at Help menu -> ImgBurn Logs).
  2. Have you followed the DMA post of the FAQ? If the drive is using PIO mode, not only will it burn very slow, it'll also have to relink the burn many times, which degrades burn quality a lot.
  3. Also have Verify enabled, as that ensures the disc was correctly burned by comparing the data on the burned disc against the source data
  4. The contents of the image can't make the burn fail. Your drive simply doesn't like that media at 2.4x, so try burning at the other available speeds and you might get it to work. I would use Verbatim 2.4x (MKM-001-00 dye) DVD+R DL blanks anyway, as you'll get much better quality burns on them.
  5. Look in Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs. If it isn't there then uninstall the whole Ner0 suite. After uninstalling and rebooting, you might also want to check again the Filter Driver Load Order to ensure they were removed, as Ner0 isn't known for having the best uninstaller system
  6. These two filters could be causing the problem you're having. Uninstall Ner0 InCD and they should be removed.
  7. Press the Copy to Clipboard button then paste in a new post
  8. Can't you buy a DVD burner to replace the combo you currently have? They're very cheap and pretty easy to install. Also update ImgBurn to the latest version
  9. Your drive is still using PIO mode. Follow the DMA post of the FAQ to correct it.
  10. Is that burner on a HP computer? If so, there's firmware S856 available for it. Remove any disc and close the tray before updating. Reboot after it has finished. You should also get the latest drivers available for your motherboard's chipset (use SIW/Sandra/etc to find out the chipset you have) as it shouldn't be identifying the interface as Fibre.
  11. There's firmware D500 available for your burner. Remove any disc and close the tray before updating. Reboot after it has finished. If that doesn't help, get better media, such as Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden blanks.
  12. This is your problem: crappy media. Please read this thread: http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000
  13. Is that a DVD-R DL disc you've bought? I'm asking because only on DVD+R DL you can set the layerbreak, not to mention you'll get a much better burn on them.
  14. Also please post your Filter Driver Load Order (look in ImgBurn's Tools menu).
  15. Or use SIW/Sandra/etc to find out which chipset you have and download the latest drivers from the chipset manufacturer's website.
  16. Try the other available speeds. You might also want to try with Verbatim 2.4x (MKM-001-00 dye) DVD+R DL blanks. If it still doesn't work then the drive is defective and should be replaced.
  17. Maybe the drive is slowing the burn to 6x because you're using crappy media (notice it takes more than 2 minutes writing the lead-in). Try with Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden blanks, or at the very least, with anything that doesn't use CMC MAG dye. Also, please attach this file to your next post:
  18. You have to select one of the available layerbreaks, as that directly affects the calculation. Hint: use the Preview button, young padawan!
  19. Yes. Try with Verbatim 2.4x (MKM-001-00 dye) and it should work
  20. If you copied by the means described in this guide then the CD-Text information is preserved
  21. You tried to burn more than the disc's capacity and the error tells you that.
  22. If it burned and verified OK then the disc was correctly burned, so there's nothing we can help you with
  23. Download and install this Intel Chipset Driver, then reboot when asked. It should help with your problem.
