  1. Sorry defen, there's pretty much 0% chance in me implementing this. You should know I try not to do things that only 1 person would use!
  2. Blimey you have a lot of 'buffer' issues! Are you burning from a laptop or something? If not, your hdd must be very slow and/or is very fragmented. Your logs show it having a hard time sustaining even 4x, and that's never a good thing! I'm also not a fan of TTG02 media. Try some Verbatim (MCC dye) or Taiyo Yuden discs instead.
  3. This is the ImgBurn forum. DVD Decrypter is dead...deal with it. Use a little common sense next time please.
  4. 2 black marks?! Have you accidentally put a marker pen in your drive? Ok, seriously, it must be some sort of hardware glitch if it's burning the disc so badly that they turn black - I didn't even know that was possible! A photo of one of the discs in question might help us understand exactly what it is that you're seeing.
  5. Sorry moondogger, build mode stuff is only (and will only ever be) available in build mode. An on the fly build within verify mode takes that mode well out of context. If you're likely to want to verify in another drive, don't build on the fly.
  6. Not that it'll probably work, but it's worth following the DMA post in the FAQ and uninstalling your IDE controller + rebooting. That can clear out some things that cause corruption. After that you need to look at filter drivers and see if any of those could be corrupting the data on its route from drive -> software. Of course you could install the drive in a different PC and see if it still has the same problem, then you'd know for sure if the drive itself is faulty.
  7. Blimey, you have 2 Windows ME machines?! 1 wasn't punishment enough then huh? Glad you sorted it in the end.
  8. You're reading that info from different places! Notice how one says 'Source Media' and the other 'Destination Media'. Booktype stuff won't apply when it says 'Destination' because it only happen AFTER the disc has been written. The 'Source' line was probably from a verify and of course that happens AFTER the disc has been written - hence the booktype value is then valid and gets displayed.
  9. Assuming these are commercial discs, they're probably protected so Shrink can't read them. Again, sorry but we can't help you with this stuff.
  10. Uninstalling deletes the log - well, it deletes everything! Sorry, I really can't say where it all went wrong! Just keep an eye on it and if you find it's missing stuff, let me know. Thanks
  11. It's automatic with the Pioneer drives, you don't need to do anything (and you can't do anything).
  12. Sorry, that's out of my hands. It's not part of my code that's crashing, but the internal workings of how Borland does things. OS function calls shouldn't fail though, are you running low on memory or something?
  13. Use the 'Verify' mode?!
  14. Shrink can burn too - using the Nero API's - hence why I had to ask Sorry but we can't really help with your reading issues.
  15. When reading or when burning? Sounds like it can't read the disc.
  16. You must have been burning to a CD rather than a DVD. Nothing to worry about, it's just a name. Build mode actually just formats the data and passes it to the Write mode functions. There's only 1 bit of code that does all the burning for all the modes.
  17. When you build something, it will pad to the nearest 16 sectors - so it's correct for burning ot DVD+R (which always rounds to 16). Really, it's just dummy data (zeroes) shoved on the end. As such, the ever so slightly smaller FS size is actually correct.
  18. Yeah, bad media and you're getting USB timeout issues. One could be related to the other... who knows. You might like to try the 3.0d firmware update. http://sony.storagesupport.com/dvdrw/firmware.htm#810ult
  19. You can't just split files between discs and expect it to work, it won't. Search Google and find a guide for splitting a disc onto 2 discs - or of course you could just shrink it to fit on 1.
  20. Delete the log and start from scratch. It might have gotten messed up with some weird characters and some internal saving function is now failing.
  21. I've just burn a couple of data discs in nero. One using ISO9660 and another using UDF. Both discs came out ok and the 'file system' size was recognised correctly within ImgBurn. I'm now at a loss until you come back with more info.
  22. All the info we need is in the logs. If you have them, please copy + paste the text.
  23. It's limited to 5000 lines and there's currently no method of changing that.
  24. Friendly Tip: Use PNG when you do screenshots, JPG is huge and looks awful.
  25. How are you making the nrg's in the first place? If the values aren't right in the filesystem, they'll be wrong in the program when I tried to read them. If you tell me the exact steps used to create the ISO (and all the options), I'll do the same thing here. If I build an ISO with ImgBurn and burn it to DVD+RW, when I read it back, it shows me the right size. Building the image (on-the-fly)... I 19:43:36 Operation Started!
