  1. Welcome to the forum JDaniele. Give the Drop Zone a chance when the next version is released. It really is very convenient - you can use windows explorer with folders open to drag and drop till you please. Regards
  2. It can't hurt to select all of them. Regards
  3. Check Tools --> Settings --> General - Verify tabs (inclusive) Regards
  4. Only use Verbatim, +R, 2.4x, MKM-001-00, Made in Singapore - the rest are just not up to snuff. Regards
  5. I had one of those drives and they work very well with Verbatims. Regards
  6. We'll get there one day Regards
  7. Way to go!!! Regards
  8. And with a signature that doesn't take up a full page. Regards
  9. Read the FAQ and do what it says. It's no use arguing. And check for a firmware update after you've fixed your DMA. Regards
  10. You've summed it up right. But there is no requirement to tick seamless - it's up to you. If your players support it, go ahead and tick seamless layer break. 50/50 means (roughly) equal data on each layer, leaving a bit at the edge unburned (this is where errors mostly occur). And yeah, that's exactly where I'd break. Regards
  11. Have you tried making it no gaps when making your cue sheet? Regards
  12. It's fine. And you should just continue your old thread. Regards

    GREAT NEWS!

You'll need to ask Firey about that LFC! Good luck kirk. Regards
  14. He's just fixated on green - look at his avatar!! We're lucky he doesn't post in bloody green! Regards
  15. You can put the LB anywhere. I'd use the one at VTS_05_0.IFO (1766882) - it has the advantage of having the whole of a VTS on one layer as well as being 50/50. You may have just got a couple of bad discs. Where were they made? Singapore or India? Check your packaging - the Singaporean ones are superior to the Indian made ones. And do your burned discs play in any other player? For example, your computer? Regards
  16. Do it in any text editor. Regards
  17. There's a PDF in the first post of the guide, if you are that worried about security. Download it instead - it's more easily searchable, anyway. The pics have gotta be hosted somewhere! The server of a beta team member is not untrustworthy. Regards
  18. Your memory is good spinner. Regards
  19. I think the backup tool bundled with Windows (in the extras bit of the disc) has spanning capabilities. Regards
  20. They're moving to new servers/hardware, was what I heard. Regards
  21. Please change your media to Verbatim, +R, 2.4x, MKM-001-00, Made in Singapore. Regards
  22. Yes - you are right! But, if you enjoy this sorta stuff, it can be gratifying to do it. Regards
  23. No cynthia. That does nothing to the framerate within the VOBs or the resolution (as was pointed out in the quote from 007). It has occasionally been reported to work, but in reality, you need to re-encode the video and audio. There are one click freeware solutions for this - SUPER, DVD Flick too, IIRC. Regards
  24. 3 threads now - all have pointed to DMA issues. You really need to fix this. Until then, new logs won't cast any further light on your problems. Regards
  25. If you also have IFO files in your folder just select the folder and burn. If not, then get the IFOs. Regards
