Sounds like it doesn't it polo, the log will help us find out for sure tho ECZ3 Altho you do mention a Nero program, have you ever burnt a DVD on this drive before ?
There is a read function in ImgBurn for non protected discs, this allows you to create an .iso, I don't know if it's what you require for your purposes tho.
Yeah lmao2k pointed me in that direction as well, I ordered 20 Verb DVD+R DL's from there and total payment, inc p+p was $56ish. With the exchange rate that works out at approx ?1.47 a disc so I think that I did ok.... They are being sent express delivery 4 working days too !
Thanks for the update - you are right that cheap discs can give you far more problems than the more expensive but more reliable Taiyo Yudens and Verbatims.
Hi lmao2k - where did you order those from mate ? I could do with some of those, I have tried to order from meritline in the past but the shipping costs were prohibitive
Verbatims made by CMC Bloody hell.......
From the log it appears that the burn was succesfull is that right ? I see what you mean from the screenshot tho - did the burn playback ok in your players ? Also if you are getting coasters now you might want to enable the verify option in ImgBurn then at least you will know straight away if there any problems.
I am out of my depth with 64bit - hopefully the boss can take a look later.
Regards
I haven't seen the Torchwood season finale yet it's still on Sky+ and we missed the Sarah Jane Adventures the kids were looking fwd to that too
What night is it on digi and I will see if they repeat it.
No worries - we just try to help where we can, I used to use Ritek media for about 18months when I first got into this. Initially they were great and gave hundreds of trouble free burns that still play back glitch free today.
A while ago their quality control went out of the window (as spinner stated) and I started to see crap burns with errors and even the ones that burnt ok initially were then problematic some months later.
If you want to try and minimise this frustration it's best to get the best quality you can initially
