  1. If I compare your log to one of mine, the write time looks normal. My log:
  2. Or post the previous one; Main Menu -> Help -> ImgBurn Logs
  3. Hi and welcome to the forum, poolshark2014! Can you post a log? Perhaps there is something in that one that gives some clues.
  4. If it has those new small connections like in this picture, it's SATA.
  5. Try to burn a little bit slower. 18x speed might be to fast. If your burner is a PATA there is a later firmware: http://www.sonynec-optiarc.eu/en/support-s...-ad-series.html
  6. Hi and welcome to the forum, wirechief! The latest Wine is 1.0 RC3. In Wine, load the program winecfg I've had success with the Windows NT 4.0 version in the 'Application' tab for most programs. Some programs never worked if I used Windows XP. Also look under the tab 'Device' that it looks right (that your cdroms are listed).
  7. Hi and welcome to the forum, Michaels144! You should be able to extract the Boot Image in the lower part of that tab from the CD (The icon with the floppy disc) and then add that boot image in the compilation by selecting the folder icon.
  8. Hi and welcome to the forum, dreftt81! It looks as a very old writer, but there seems to be a later firmware 1.50 here: http://global.aopen.com/products_download.aspx http://global.aopen.com/userdownload_List....p;Model=RW5120A If you update the writer: No disc in the writer The tray closed All other programs closed After the flash, restart the computer.
  9. I'm using the same media code as you do without problems here, but with another writer model.
  10. Could try to burn at 4x to see if that works better or get a brand of discs that the writer likes better.
  11. Hi and welcome to the forum, spoonlegger! Looks as your burner and the media don't really like each other. If your computer is a Sony Vaio laptop, there is a later firmware for that burner, that might make them like each other. http://support.vaio.sony.co.uk/downloads/u...N-CR&m=2851 If you update the firmware: No disc in the writer Tray closed All other programs closed
  12. Hi and welcome to the forum, ominus! There is a command line languge for ImgBurn that should make it possible to create a .bat file for the task. You'll find the ReadMe.txt in the program file of ImgBurn. It will give you a list and examples of the various commands.
  13. Do you have a log from the version that resulted in the problems? If that's an original NEC writer, there is a later firmware to install. http://www.sonynec-optiarc.eu/en/support-s...-nd-series.html No disc in the writer Tray closed All other programs closed

    Perch

Abborre in Swedish. But ours are not yellow, instead they are red coloured. To many bones in them.
  15. Don't know if you are using Vista, I had that 'can't delete file' problem a lot of times before SP1 was installed,
  16. Not sure they look wrong. I have the same 'empty' drivers list in my Vista.
  17. Check if DMA is enabled, looks very slow as it is now. http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?s=&...dpost&p=967
  18. Hi and welcome to the forum, mingozze! Try to disable the OPC in the settings.
  19. Hi and welcome to the forum, tammy! Change the setting for program update to 'Never' in the settings. Curious, why don't you like the new version?
  20. Only solution would be to get a writer that likes that media.
