i never really used movie maker much, not sure if it accept vobs, if so you need to extract your .ISO file with say winrar so that you end up with audio_ts and video_ts folders and see if movie maker can import vobs

make sure pioneer is master on an 80 wire ide cable and the other end of cable is not connected to the same hard drive the image is on, check your udma settings as well

try another rw anything you have recorded onto rw or dvd-r etc will not be encrypted anyways only mastered pressed will have that.
