Download Memtest+ and test your Ram with it. [edit] also make sure you disable anydvd if present

don't think so. download 7zip http://www.7-zip.org/download.html and extract the nrg file and use ImgBurn's build mode to create ISO and see if it suggests a laybreak when building

yeah defrag it right click on your hard drive choose properties then tools and defragment now Analyze first and then after analyze has finished and indicates hard drive is fragmented then choose defrag

you should have tried to get some verbatim MKM-001-00 cut your losses and buy a new drive

open ImgBurn click help and choose ImgBurn logs then double click the log file it shows you or the last one it saved etc it should open up in notepad then click edit select all right click copy then reply to this post and in the window right click and choose paste

read them back in with ImgBurn

If after doing that ImgBurn says it cannot find a suitable layerbreak swap over the 2 titles in shrink and output to folder again or see Blutach's signature for some programs that will help you, like vob-blanker.
