Don't know about celebrities, but we're all just a little special here...

Did you try at 8X? Also try cleaning your drive, maybe the laser head is in need of cleaning. If all else fails maybe it's just a bad spindle of disks and the the next will be better. You can also read the info linked to in the pink bit above this thread about dual layer media.

Thanks for the suggestion.

All this posting about DDP links back to this:

Question; if the
boss
already answered the suggestion in 2008, why should he have to address it again in 2012? Multiple posts threads about the same subject from mostly the same posters aren't looked upon any more favorably than the first which has been asked and answered.

Asked and answered a long time ago, using the search function would have turned this up for you:

If no one volunteers a translation...then it doesn't happen.

Nope, sorry but we're not into ripping advice here.

ImgBurn is a burning program and that is what it does. Converting or altering a data file is not something that the author is interested in, as he has mentioned several times before on these forums. If you are having a problem, such as:
data too large, Invalid field in CDBthen post a complete logfile with the burn/error/warning entries and we'll be able to walk you through a series of suggestions that will undoubtedly help you to complete your burns successfully.

See all of the W's warning that the drive is not connected? Try connecting the drive straight to the computer and not through a usb and see if that solves the problem.

Doesn't it make sense that, if it's been asked and answered many many times, that the author doesn't feel the need to do it?

Asked and answered, a search would have shown this:

You can also open 2 instances of ImgBurn, but the I/O from the HDD is tremendous.

I 11:19:35 ImgBurn Version 2.5.0.0 started!
I 11:19:35 Microsoft Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600 : Service Pack 1)
Update the program to 2.5.7.0 since we do not support past versions. You might also want to update Window$ to service pack 3. Also your drive doesn't appear to like the media choice, try another manufacturer.

Yup...getting better at it all the time...I think.

Open ImgBurn...Drag and drop the file into the big white box on the left of the GUI...burn it.

Hi Bruce and welcome to the forum.
FYI:
This has been requested a couple times before, if memory serves me correctly, and the
Boss
has always declined to do it. Unless a suggestion actually adds some function that can enhance the program for 99.99% of all users the chances are that it will not be implemented in ImgBurn. Of course the Boss may add something about it in this post, but I wouldn't hold out much hope for it.
