  2. Have you tried burning at 2.4x? Where are your Verbatim blanks made?
  3. Please pay attention when reading that guide: no settings are changed in there. They're all the default ones. The only thing you really need to do is to choose the correct layerbreak for your project
  4. Bit of a shot in the dark here but I guess the answer to your problem is here: http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000
  5. There's firmware BL06 available for your burner. Remove any disc and close the tray before flashing. Reboot after it has finished. You may want to try burning at 8x or 12x to see if you get a better burn, but the real problem is the junk blanks you're using. Try with Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden blanks, or at least anything that doesn't use CMC MAG dye, and it should work
  6. Yes, a CUE/BIN image is supposed to be burned back to a CD. If you only want the tracks from that disc you can use ExactAudioCopy (EAC) to extract those tracks, either from the original CD or from the image you've created with ImgBurn if you mount it to a virtual drive such as Daemon Tools.
  7. How much did you pay for ImgBurn? Nothing. What has ImgBurn to do with your problem? Nothing. What amount of help will you receive with that kind of attitude? Nothing. Glad we could clear this up
  8. There's firmware LS0W available for your burner. Remove any disc and close the tray before updating. Reboot after it has finished. You may also want to try burning at 8x or 12x. The best blanks are Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden, so, if you've paid more for the ones you're using, you were ripped off.
  9. That kind of image can only be burned on a CD-R/CD-RW disc.

That's not how burning X360 games work. Sorry but we can't help you any further as that's out of the scope of ImgBurn
  11. If you burn with Test Mode enabled does it also freeze?
  12. The most that can do is hold the drive so that ImgBurn can't lock it for exclusive access, but you're free to try
  13. Have you read DVD Flick's guide? There it explains how to add chapters.
  14. That's due to padding, which is dummy data added to the image/disc so that the layerbreak can be aligned at the start of a cell. This is done to comply with the DVD-Video standard (i.e. the standard that all DVD players understand)
  15. Well, ImgBurn is a burning tool and what you're looking for is in the domain of authoring programs, which there are many to choose from
  16. ImgBurn already does that by default (Help menu -> ImgBurn Logs)
  17. Have a look at our Guides section, and if you still need help, please be more specific about what you want to do
  18. Try burning at 4x or 6x and see if it works. If it doesn't, get Verbatim 2.4x (MKM-001-00 dye) blanks, as they're better supported by most burner than the 8x rated blanks you currently have.
  19. Well, the information that's wrong on the source image could be some kind of copy protection, so the only way to know if the burn is good is to play the game to the end. As for installing the newest ImgBurn, you can install over the old one and, when asked, tell the installer to keep the current settings.

Please post a log from one of those burns that says mixed media. Maybe the .mds file didn't have the correct layerbreak for X360 games?
  21. Try burning at 4x rather than AUTO (which defaults to max speed) and see if it works. If it doesn't, get higher quality media, such as Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden blanks.
  22. Did you see this line in the log? By the way, you should upgrade to the latest ImgBurn version
