  1. Does it accept DVD-RAM discs?
  2. Please read: http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000
  3. Do you receive that same error message when you try a Full Erase on that disc?
  4. Make sure you have the latest drivers available for your chipset (you can probably find this at the manufacturer's website). Also please post your Filter Driver Load Order (look in ImgBurn's Tools menu).
  5. There's firmware BCIB available for your burner. Remove any disc and close the tray before updating. Reboot after it has finished.
  6. Did they pass the Verify stage? If they did, they were correctly burned. If they didn't, your burner is broken and should be replaced.
  7. http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000
  8. The lens on laptop burner are quite exposed so yes, they do get dirty pretty easily.
  9. If anyone's being an a$$ here it's you, as you stole another person's thread that may not even be related to your problem.
  10. Try with Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden blanks. You might also want to try a lens cleaning disc on that drive.
  11. Please post the log from the burn with Verbatim disc.
  12. Can't change the booktype on DVD-R DL media, not to mention that it's an inferior format compared to DVD+R DL.
  13. What difference would it make? The files are listed alphabetically in the filesystem.
  14. Try using DVDInfoPro and DiscSpeed, but I'm not sure Pioneer burners are reliable scanners You're lucky you're not using a Samsung SATA burner with the Asus A7V600-X motherboard: you wouldn't be able to update the firmware, booktype +R media to DVD-ROM or read/change the MagicSpeed setting
  15. That doesn't make any sense. From the little I've read you've made a disc image from a CD and burned that image to a DVD disc. ImgBurn can't copy protected discs and playstation games are likely to be protected against casual copying. If I understood it wrong then please explain in detail what you're trying to do.
  16. Install the latest VIA Hyperion drivers and reboot. By the way, I also have the Asus A7V600-X motherboard
  17. What would make you think that? Please explain further, and also post a log (you can find it at Help menu -> ImgBurn Logs).
  18. There's firmware A106 available for the LG GSA-4163B burner. Maybe it can help with the crappy discs
  19. Please post the log from that burn (you can find it at Help menu -> ImgBurn Logs).
  20. That disc was damaged in the previous failed burn. You should try a brand new blank disc.
  21. Try burning at 4x or 12x and see if it works. Also make sure you're using the latest drivers available for your motherboard's chipset. And yeah, we know that's a Wii game ISO
  22. Try another cable then, the shorter the better.
  23. That's strange, as I could find elsewhere firmware HH18 from HP for that burner. I've looked around HP's Support page but it doesn't show results for L632D. Maybe if you use your laptop model and check which updates are available for it?
  24. Look for a firmware update for your burner at HP's website. You should also leave Verify enabled, as that ensures the disc was properly burned. And definitely get Verbatim 2.4x (MKM-001-00 dye) Made in Singapore DVD+R DL blanks, because the one you have is junk :&
