i would first check your dma with those burn speeds, there is a link in my signature of how to do that if you need it,
if you still have errors then try better media, verbatim or taiyo yuden are recommended
with the original disc in your drive, extract the boot info from it by clicking the drive from the drop down and then press the floppy disc icon beside it
you should end up with a BootImage.ima which you add to your project
you just right click and choose paste in your post or paste into notepad if you want to keep a copy yourself

looks like your files are avi or something of that size, you need to convert them to get them to play on your player it would seem, try dvd flick or convertx2dvd
