stand alone players are more forgiving than burners , see if you can read it again in your burner , it sounds like you wont be able to.

if you are using xp or win 2000 use SPTI as default

imgburn burns better that decrypter if anything , do you have a link to the post at cdfreaks please?

it probably will read a burned dvd back at 16x but i doubt it will rip at 16x, try checking over at cdfreaks if you can convert it to the benq 1640 that it really is
