He's basically saying that had you not brought this problem to my attention, it wouldn't have been implemented (just yet, if at all).
So yes, in a way, this has been included because of something you've done
lol pressing 'clipboard' just copies the text to the clipboard, it doesn't do anything with the actual filter.
You can paste the text into any old word processing program. You can even paste it into your reply here on the forum.
FYI, I've now implemented support for this in the same way the Vista install CD seems to work - i.e. there's just a dummy 'README.TXT' file in the ISO9660 file system.
It'll be available in the next version - 2.4.0.0.
Is the ISO even valid in the first place?!
Mount it in DAEMON Tools and look at the virtual drive in explorer, or open the ISO in WinRar (or similar), or open it in IsoBuster.
Even ImgBurn seems to say it's not a valid image.
If there's no file system then there's nothing for your player to play or windows to see.
There is no provision for making a bootable UDF only disc. (When you make it bootable the program forces ISO9660 back on again)
To be honest I don't know if it's possible or how to do it.
I think the program would have to make up a fake ISO9660 file system - as used on the Vista install discs.
Yes you should try again having forced the burnspeed to 2.4x or leave it on 'Auto' having created an entry for that media/drive so it knows to use 2.4x (once again, read the Automatic Write Speed guide!)
Firmware updates for your burner I mean.
Doesn't it say 'Min Req. Media' to the left of that?
i.e. for the amount you're currently trying to burn you need at least a CD-R/RW disc.
Add more and it'll change to say DVD, then HD DVD, then Blu-ray.
Try setting the write speed to 2.4x instead of leaving it on Auto/Max. (You need to configure the program for 'Auto' - read the Guides forum)
At the moment your drive is just producing bad burns.
Check for firmware updates too.
Oh and you don't need to (and shouldn't) set the layer break position manually, that info is read from the .DVD file.
You'd have been better off starting your own thread jimjr.
I can only assume it wasn't 6GB in the first place or you had certain options enabled / disabled that meant files were being missed / optimised (where duplicates are combined).
