Just change the file system to 'ISO9660' in the drop down box (within Build mode). It's always Mode 1 and never multisession. It'll make an ISO but that doesn't make any difference, it's just an extension.
-
Well to read any file system you need a file system parser (these are normally built in). Windows can parse UDF just fine but I doubt anything command line based will do. ISO9660 on the other hand, can be read by just about everything.

I wasn't really talking about the logo, I was more interested to see what you think the bit below the blue bars should look like.
-
Splitting isn't the issue here. The ISO9660 file system has a limitation whereby it cannot contain files that are 4GB (or larger) in size. This isn't anything to do with ImgBurn, it's just part of the specs for those file systems. If you want to burn huge files onto a discs like that then you need to use 'UDF' on it's own.

I'm not sure a website redesign is really urgent at this time. I don't look at the current one and go 'Oh my god I hate it', so IMO it's not due yet. If you fancy showing me more of the new layout (as you see it) please do so. I can't tell much from the header. I like the idea of the newbie friendly welcome screen and have toyed with the idea in the past. I'm working on it right now.

Scan it again, a graph just wouldn't look like that due to the software being used. The software has nothing to do with anything.

USB drives bomb out like that sometimes, you have to be 'lucky' and get a decent chipset in the enclosure and one that won't keep generating that semaphore timeout issue. That aside, you appear to putting a CD sized image on a double layer DVD disc. Is there a specific reason for that?!

Audio sinc issues with PAL transcoded into NTSC ? anyone ?
LIGHTNING UK! replied to mettam's topic in ImgBurn Support
This isn't an ImgBurn Support question. -
You might need to provide a log with I/O Debug Mode enabled so I can see why the current profile thing is being reported in the way that it is (i.e. where the 'None!' is coming from).
-
Must be a small world if you know of a couple of people with the issue and I've never heard of it before - and I'm the author of the program / run the support forum!

learn how to use the 'Automatic Write Speed' feature, it'll save you time in the future.
-
Not really, I'm just being very slow. Things are basically working ok as they are so there's no need to rush a release out. Might get one by the end of the month if you're lucky.

Can ImgBurn create ISOs of Mac Formatted DVDs?
LIGHTNING UK! replied to Citrus's topic in ImgBurn Support
That's the file system used on the hard disk you're writing the image to, nothing more. If it was going to a FAT/FAT32 drive it would have to split large images into 4GB chunks as that's the biggest the file system can support. NTFS has no such limitation. -
btw, I'd personally pick the VTS_03_0.IFO entry.

The next version can copy cd extra discs from cue/bin (or cue/bin/wav for that matter). Not exactly what you were after but it's better than nothing.

Display Source Identifiers for Write Mode
LIGHTNING UK! replied to Citrus's topic in ImgBurn Suggestions
Those fields are even more 'optional' than the ones I currently show. All I'm aiming for by showing what I do is giving the user some idea of which program made the image. If you can't get that from the imp/app id then you won't get it at all. As for ISO browsing, it's unlikely but if I ever feel in the mood, I might do it. -
Yup, updating the firmware on the drive is pretty much the very first thing you (should) try when something isn't working right.
-
You know routers don't need drivers yeah? The thing you've downloaded (the firmware) is like the operating system for the router - and that might not even need updating. I wouldn't play around too much if you're unsure on what you're doing - you might end up killing it.
-
In that case you have your answer. ImgBurn cannot copy protected discs.
-
That means they're not DVD Video files. If you want to burn a DVD Video disc you must first convert them so that they are. Just Google 'convert wmv to dvd video' or something similar.
-
If it's a netgear firmware file, you don't burn it. You upload it to the router via it's web interface. A file having an extension of '.img' does not automatically make it a disc image file that you need to burn to cd/dvd. Normally the instructions that go along with the file will tell you what to do with it.

ImgBurn ignores a file, but not a copy of the same
LIGHTNING UK! replied to ttim's topic in ImgBurn General
Because it was a system / hidden file perhaps? Unless you tick the right options those files will not be included. I can't think of any other reason for it not to be there. -
Display Source Identifiers for Write Mode
LIGHTNING UK! replied to Citrus's topic in ImgBurn Suggestions
So we're good then? It's in the log when you read and it's in the log when you write. If you don't want to do either of those then it's in the tooltip if not already on display in one of the info labels. -
You didn't see 'Write' mode? For the most part, .img and .iso are the same thing. http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=61

Because I don't want to! If you're gonna open source something, you need to do it at the start of the project - or when you end it.
