  1. Why did you abort verify? How you know that it was a good burn?
  2. What is the real problem? Did you read the pink bit above? Give us more info, if you want us to help, stuck, error... Post a LOG
  3. Most probably those .exe are self extracting archives. Try unpack them with WinRAR. For the BIOS update you should read the motherboard manual how you should install it. For the SATA drivers just extraxt the content to a USB pendrive or burn to a CD-RW. At installing, OS will give you an option to load drivers, browse for the .inf file and if it is the correct one it will install it an continue with OS install. Or you can integrate SATA directly into install disc with WinIntegrator
  4. Burned and verifyed OK so ImgBurn has done his job perfect. Your problem is elswere. Use Google for help, here you will not find more, since it is not related to the burn part.
  5. Update Vista to SP2 Update drive Firmware to latest 1.06, currently you have 1.03 installed. The speeds supported by your drive on that media You can't force it to burn slower, it will be burned at closest speed available So, try the other speeds after update. Try with different discs/media brand too.
  6. I guess it is a laptop drive and it is a bad one by its reputation. Normaly optical drives don't need drivers, the system will recognise them out from the box. Try on producer site for any chipset/storage drivers. I see on other sites that are a newer firmware 1.50 out there, somewhere but can't find any link to download. Maybe on site you will get a newer one than currently 1.20.
  7. On Main window in Options Tab tick Recurse Subdirectories.
  8. Can you see the content of that discs in Explorer? If you can see the content, copy it to a temp folder and build a new disc with ImgBurn. On another note, currentrly your drive have TO01 firmware installed. HERE is a newer one TO03 that you should install.
  9. So, basicaly it was an .mp4 and used DVD Flick to make Video_TS? If it is that, start again with DVD Flick from .mp4 and this time make it with menu. Alternatively, you not have to convert TS to any format. DVD Flick can open .vob files, just change the file type supported to All files and you will see the .vob files in the Add box.
  10. Here are some sources to get Verbatim http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000

    ImgBurn

http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000 A full log would tell us more...
  12. That disc may seem it is empty, looks like a multisession and may be damaged in previous atempts to burn. ImgBurn don't support (yet) multisession so it can't continue adding another session on that disc Try another blank from the spindle. On other note, you should update Vista to SP2.
  13. Try other brands of discs (Disc ID's). CMC are known to be variable/lower quality. Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden are the best recommandations.
  14. You mean a menu? ImgBurn can't do that. Use DVDFlick to make the DVD Video structure and than use this Guide to burn it to disc.
  15. The drive don't like the media you use. Try other brand of discs (Disc ID). Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden are the best recommandations.
  16. As motherboard has RAID it should be a switch to tun it on/off. Read in manual how to do it. Do not disable SATA, the system will not see your HDD's. You can try to put that setting to AUTO or IDE if it offer to see how it perform. Install latest BIOS update, maybe it will fix something.
  17. What OS are you running and how is your drive connected to motherboard? Directly to motherboard or via an adapter? How is reported your drive by ImgBurn in log? IDE, SATA, RAID? Disable RAID in BIOS on that port if it is enabled.
  18. Try again after updated chipset/storrage drivers. This site might help whith detecting newest/latest drivers. Sure a log would tell us more.
  19. This is not really for ImgBurn to do its job done. It is for your system health and security.
  20. And also put SP3 on Windows XP 'couse
  21. Something is going on with the connection between the drive and controller. Could be a loose connecton data cable or not enough power to drive to function correctly Make sure you have the latest drivers for the controller and the power supply can cope with your configuration. You could try to switch things arround.
  22. Change the target in DVDFlick to Folder not to drive. DVDFlick comes with its own ImgBurn 2.4.4.0 Use the latest ImgBurn 2.5.1.0 to burn the final disc.
  23. I think I read some threads in the forum with similar problem on analyzing track. LUK! mentioned that is fixed for the next release when it will come out. Wait for the next release and try again.
