This is one of very few requests I have ever seen for Keyboard shortcuts, I think most users of ImgBurn tend to admire it for what it does with Images rather than what it does without a mouse. The boss did offer you a chance to state what you wanted tho, are you really asking for all processes to be automated via keyboard shortcuts ?

My mate is contemplated, he takes to clear it.....

I agree with Shamus in that it's likely to be the source files. Either that or maybe going from watching it on a PC monitor to a larger home TV screen will show up defects you missed in the original on a smaller screen. I have used vsoDivxToDVD without any quality loss.
