Dave; One of the sites I read while researching your problem suggested hardware failure such as chewy stated in his last post. Have you tried to remove any/all cards and rebooting to see if the problem is corrected? There was also a suggestion that the power supply may cause the issue. Sorry mate, but that's all I know to do. Spinner

Pop a blank disc in your drive, open ImgBurn and look at the right side window. If you don't understand it, copy it and post what it says, we'll let you know how good...or really bad...your media is. However, Memorex has rebadged CMC Mag for quite a while now and CMC is crap on a stick...

I have to agree, my only experiment with -R DL wound up in the trash. I also only use Verb +R DL's.

Thanks volvo. We have double bottoms here-simply a tractor with 2 trailers with a max of 80 ft. But that roadtrain thing is mind boggling as 65% of Interstate ( Freeway, Expressway, usually a 2,3 or 4 lane divided highway ) accidents are caused by singles or doubles who only comprise 45% of all road traffic. Hense why they hate the enforcement aimed at them.
