  1. Maybe you could plug the HDD(s) on the VIA card and the burner on the onboard IDE port?
  2. Windows is telling you it's the viaraid driver (ImgBurn couldn't cause a BSOD even if it wanted to). Seeing as VIA doesn't support Win7 at the moment you'll have to use another card, or perhaps the onboard controller?
  3. You should let the Verify process finish, as that what ensures the disc was correctly burned. You can also use the Verify mode of ImgBurn to check the disc against the source image. If it goes OK (no errors/miscompares) then it's a good burn and it's your Wii that's unable to read the disc. If this is the case then you could get better help from a Wii forum
  4. If the source disc image is PAL then you'll get a PAL disc: ImgBurn doesn't convert anything. You'll need to convert/re-author the source ISO image with another program.
  5. Maybe I should've said that's the most stupid suggestion I've ever seen. Would that make for a warmer welcome?
  6. The only case where I've seen a button with the program's logo is one that opens the About box. With the button as it is there are some people who don't see it, imagine if it had the program's logo then? They wouldn't even notice it's a button. As for splash screens, if you don't like them there is always mkisofs, cdrecord and many other alternatives
  7. ImgBurn doesn't convert image formats.
  8. The booktype function has to be implemented in the firmware by the drive's manufacturer and/or the OEM (in this case Apple). ImgBurn supports the booktype commands from all major manufacturers, but your burner (more specifically its firmware) has to support it too. Please post a log from one of those unsuccessful burns and maybe we can find something that can be done
  9. Google further and you should find out why it isn't working. Hint: it's not an ImgBurn problem, the problem is in your console

  11. Actually, don't bother. We can't help you with that.
  12. Your drive doesn't like the blanks you're using. Update the burner's firmware (remove any disc and close the tray before updating then reboot after it's finished) and try again.
  13. Also make sure you're using the latest ImgBurn version
  14. Your drive doesn't seem to support those blanks. Try with Verbatim 2.4x blanks and it should work. If it still doesn't work, try a lens cleaning disc on that drive or you should be looking for a new (external) burner.
  15. I recall LUK saying that BluRay is treated as one big disc and the software doesn't control the layerbreak: it's all handled by the burner. I think you'd get more answers about this by posting on a forum that deals with BluRay specifically
  16. That drive is either too old or defective. Time for a new burner I think
  17. Try a lens cleaning disc on that drive. It would also help if you used Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden blanks, preferably the 8x ones. If all that doesn't help then you should be looking for a new (external) burner
  18. Only if you run two ImgBurn instances at the same time, but it's likely that the source HDD won't be able to read data fast enough for the two burns at the same time.
  19. Please follow this guide: http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=4632
  20. There's newer firmware available for your burner (remove any disc and close the tray before updating then reboot after it's finished). You might also want to burn at 8x or 12x for a better burn quality.

  22. It burned and verified fine, which means the disc was correctly burned. Have you tried a lens cleaning disc on your Matshita drive and on you DVD player? Next time you might want to burn at 4x or 6x and maybe you get a higher quality burn.
  23. Remove all codec packs and try again (use a CD-RW ). Also update ImgBurn.
