Your drive doesn't like that media. You could try a lens cleaning disc on that drive to see if it helps, but it would be best if you could get better blanks.
It means the burner was unable to burn that media. Update the burner's firmware and try again. Failing that, please read this -> http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000
single-layer DVD: Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden
dual-layer DVD: Verbatim 2.4x DVD+R DLs
CD: Taiyo Yuden
The Verify process compares data on the disc against the source files/image, so if you get errors/miscompares then that was a bad burn.
Your burner is too old and doesn't support the media you're using. You can try finding old DVD+RW media that your burner supports, or you could get a new burner.
Try burning at 4x or 6x to see if you get them to burn. The best single-layer blanks are made by Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden.
As for having more than one movie per disc you'll have to use another program to join the movies. DVD Shrink is one of them but there are many that can do it.
That part of the log doesn't show the booktype. It's shown at the start of the Verify stage.
By the way...
There's newer firmware available for your burner (remove any disc and close the tray before updating then reboot after it's finished).
The data type option is explained in the ImgBurn Functions guide that you didn't read
When you burned BD9 with older ImgBurn versions, which filesystem(s) did you use? AVCHD discs should use UDF 2.50, so ImgBurn is correct in its action.
http://lmgtfy.com/?q=PAL+to+NTSC - it's quite a lot of work, it's probably easier to get a DVD player that plays both formats (you even have a PAL DVD to test )
