funny you dont like your 1655 for d/l grain , i mainly use my 1640 for d/l now as its giving the best scanned results at 4x. my 1655 only has 2.4x supported speed for d/l, my 716sa isn't that good at d/l , the pioneer is almost as good as the benq though

i remember he had a baby taken from him once but he has a new one now, spends a lot of time helping it grow

hdd tools can test the hdd speeds. maybe if you ask LUK you can get that??

imgburn has done its job, 2 successful burns. if the contents of your iso are not Audio_ts and Video_ts and your player doesn't support playing divx or avi then your player will not be able to use the contents of the disc

which guide are you referring to? we only recommend verbatim and taiyo yuden discs here welcome to the forum

have you tried burning them at 2.4x or 4x?

the lg drives only need to be reset after a re-boot afaik

the red line in the above graph is read speed polo, only in an ibg can you see the write speed

i burn most discs at 8x these days , thats where the scans seem to be best i only use TYG02 and MCC 02RG20 for dvd-r i burn verb MKM-001-00 dual layers at 6x they give the best scans there for me
