  10. i don't know about cursed , its giving as good a scan on this batch of tyg02 as the benq drives and this was @ 12x
  11. i have a 1640 ,a 1655 and an nec3550 polo and i must admit i like the 1640 the best and have also voted as such . although the plextor i have is best for dual layer imo. i like the pioneer 111 too but as it doesn't auto bit set like the plex and the benq's its kind of a minus as you have to keep an eye on the type of discs when queue burning

  14. i would still place TYG02 above verbatim dvd5 media
  15. the more that gets added, the longer it is before you all get your hands on it
  16. i dont want to be a party pooper but the guy said dual layer in his first post and shrink cant do it (well it can't set the layer break anyway)
  17. imgburn doesn't convert pal to ntsc.
  18. with regard to your other problem, we don't support decrypter on this forum. try google
  19. The film stopping could be a media problem, if you post a log of a burn we can take a look. You should be using Power dvd of media player CLASSIC (not wmp) to view your discs using daemon mounted images the mds file contains information about the layer break for dual layer burning , if you are using single layer you dont have to use it, but if you choose the mds , your iso /img will still be burned.
  20. yes imgburn can burn your img. files just load imgburn on your pc and navigate to the img file/s , no need to convert, you can even queue the files. take a look here http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=930, just make sure your media is good. any problems , feel free to ask welcome to the imgburn support forums
  21. you can get VSOM from the link i posted in post #6. re-formatting is a bit drastic if everything else is ok. is it just these discs that show 2.4x max or is it the same with other discs?
