    Happy Birthday!

Not to worry mate............... walker and porta potty en route............... .
  2. jgr, your log looks okay. That Sony DVD player your using is quite old and may not recognize RW format discs. Why don't you go buy some Verbatim 4.7gig -R blank media and do the burn again and then try playing it in your sony. Let us know what happens.

    Happy Birthday!

    Happy Birthday Zac !!
  4. That was a hell of a deal, Picked up 6 cakeboxes of 20 Verb DLs for 24$ each and 6 cakeboxes of Verbs SL 50 spindle for 17$ each.
  5. Randy, If you could post a log of the failed burn that would be dandy. By the looks of it, it might be media related IE: crappy media. Help>imgburn logs>copy and paste.
  6. Yea errrrr, As Corny coughed about.......... Vars you may want to update your version of Imgburn, now at version 2.1.0.0
  7. Vars, Welcome to the forum. This looks like a media error. Your burner doesn't like those Fuji blanks. We recommend using Verbatim or Taio Yuden blank media. A tiny bit more pricey but a lot less headaches and excellent finished product. * What make is that burner Vars, just curious.
  8. Guy, that an extremely good idea, then try the burn again. Any probs get back to us and post a log of the failed burn, if it happens to fail using Verbs.
  9. scussy, I'm not all the famliar with the Asus line of burners, but if what your saying is that Asus is a rebaged Pioneer drive then your in the same boat again as Pioneer drives do not support bitsetting which is why you won't find a setting for it in Imgburn. Pioneer drives auto bitset to DVD-ROM for burning. One of the other members will probabley be able to help you out more once they see this post.

  14. Hasta, go ahead and update firmware using GFS3 Try a burn again and see what happens. If you get another error, post a complete log like the Boss asked for. Make sure you don't do anything while firmware is updating. This is an OEM machine.
  15. Could you post a complete log so we can help you more. Also your firmware is GFS2 New firmware available is GFS3, this might also make a difference. Damn, The Boss beat me to it..............

  20. Glad it worked out for you Elder. Any more probs just post back.
  21. Elder70, Have you tried viewing this movie on a regular DVD player to see if you still get the pauses? These could be caused by poor media or too fast a burn speed, just to name a couple of things. If you could post a log of the burn for us we could see more needed info to try and help you. Sorry, can't help you with the xbox part of your question, but there's other members that are into Xbox and they will surely be able to help you out. * To get the log: open Img>help>Img logs. Then just copy and paste to a post for us.
  22. I'm drawing a BLANK on that as well.............
  23. @ Ken, Just trying to be professional like you know mate............
